Brief BIO-Michael Chavez was born in 2273 in the town of Megaton in the Capital Wasteland. Growing up he only knew his mother and was thus raised by her. His father was a soldier in the Enclave killed in 2277 in the war between them and the B.O.S. After turning the age of 16 his mother died of cancer. He left Megaton and began a life of exploring. At 18 he joined a small raider group in Springvale. He did many horrible things and after feeling guilty decided he would leave. He left and headed north. He heard from a passing slave caravan of a place called the Pitt. He headed their and at the age of 20 arrived. He entered the Pitt and headed to the recruitment center to try to enter in Ashur's Army. He had to fight another initiate for the opportunity to go to the Pitt's Raider school. The other became a slave of the Pitt. He graduated the school at age 22. He served 5 more years in the Army then the coup of 2301 happened. He believed the Pitt should stay small and isolated. So him and Jacobs as well as the other Isolationists led a failed bloody coup against Ashur. His family was executed for relations to a traitor. And he was sentenced to life of Slavery in the mill. SInce then he has sworn vengeance on Ashur and has joined the Pitt Freedom Fighters.

A. W. X. Eolus Herod graduated from university with a doctorate in genetics, and soon found work at a designer baby corporation in the Progressive Revolutionary Capitol. However in 1995, he joined the secret Section 1 Research Division of the Ministry of State Security as a senior researcher and scientist. He oversaw the PACSER Program, an MSS program which created a drug which can be used to make people "peaceful and supportive of authority" in order to remove all threats to the Party's grip. These days he works in an underground facility beneath the capital, on human cloning and genetic modification/engineering experiments.

Brief bio: Born in the middle class Sainte Maria urban district of the Ventalian capital of Bastia, Benoit spent his formative years in the largely Catholic neighbourhood. His mother, Hana, a second-generation immigrant whose family moved to Ventalia to escape persecution, worked as a local affairs correspondent for Bastia's Presse Capital newspaper. His father, Jean-Paul, was the owner of said paper and a member of Ventalia's Catholic minority. Interestingly, Hana and Jean-Paul did not meet at work and instead happened to strike up conversation at a Church fundraising event in 1972. They were married in 1977 and Benoit was born the year after.

When Presse Capital was merged with Radio-Bastia to form L'Arc Média in 1990, Jean-Paul took a controlling share in the new company and the family moved to the upper-class city of Bastilla, an enclave surrounded on all sides by Bastia. Hana was appointed to the Communauté métropolitaine de Bastia's regional office for media relations by the Mayor of Bastilla that same year, likely a result of the family's growing influence. Benoit, now 11, had finished primary school and was sent to Académie Mariana, a renowned private high-school. After graduating, Benoit pursued a degree in journalism at Beau Polytechnic, following in his parents' footsteps.

L'Arc Média grew to encompass TV and magazine operations throughout the 1990s, primarily serving Bastia and surrounding areas. In the year 2000 Jean-Paul suffered a stroke at the age of 72, likely a result from his smoking habit, and Hana retired from her CMB position to focus on the family. It was clear to Benoit that he may have to run the family business and worked there as a part-time journalist while commencing a degree in business from Rouge University. At the age of 27, he attained his Master's in Finance and Market Theory and became an evening radio show host with a brief evening program on financial news while simultaneously assuming some of his ailing father's roles at the company. Indeed, Benoit pioneered the company's online presence while acting on his father's behalf. By 2012, Jean-Paul was virtually bedridden and completely uninvolved in the company due to his poor health. Benoit was promoted to business news editor and essentially replaced his father as head of the company except in name. When Jean-Paul died a year later, ownership of the company passed to Benoit who automatically became President of L'Arc Média.

Benoit's position as the head of a media company has given him unprecedented access to all facets of life in Ventalia. His media outlets generally have a socially liberal, yet fiscally conservative bias. Shortly before the October 2014 election which saw the Grand Regal Party-Liberal Party coalition form the government of Ventalia, Benoit joined the GRP and had a member of his staff appointed to First Minister François Dubois' campaign team. Benoit and Frank enjoy a good relationship, seeing eye-to-eye on many issues.

Brief bio: 
    Plutonian Pepper (or simply "Pepper" for short) is a sapient
    unicorn equine born and raised in Tombaugh City, YellowApple,
    Inc.'s most populous city on the Plutonian surface (located within
    Tombaugh Regio, or "Pluto's Heart").  Pepper was the misfit among
    her siblings, frequently finding herself getting into some sort of
    shenanigans in her rebelliousness and her quest for self-identity.

    After falling afoul of local authorities over a shoplifting
    incident and a subsequent case of her "tagging" the city park,
    Pepper eventually "straighened up" and, through a YellowApple
    Department of Domestic Relations petty criminal rehabilitation
    program and some high test scores, managed to enroll in the
    Tombaugh City Technical College's Associate of Science: Hardware
    Engineering program, which transitioned into an internship and
    eventual paid position at St. Rarity Medical Center.

    After several megaseconds as a service desk technician, Pepper was
    promoted into her current position as a network engineer, and has
    often been tasked with setting up wired and wireless networks both
    inside and outside the hospital grounds.

    In her spare time, Pepper is a percussionist, and has recorded
    several solo pieces, though she is currently not a member of any
    musical ensemble.
