On behalf of Her Imperial Majesty the Empress and of Her Government, we thank you for considering and taking the time to submit an application to renew diplomatic relations as the Greater Kingdom of New Hayesalia. Forlini is proud and ever-optimistic of our enduring relations for over 30 years, whence a strong and strategic cooperation is achieved and maintained, amidst challenges and at times even hardships and strained relations over tumultuous global situations.

Know that Forlini will ever be a friend and ally of the proud and esteemed Greater Island Kingdom of New Hayesalia, as we walk together hand-in hand into the bright future while striving to eliminate violence and oppressions across the world, in the spirit of peace and common understanding.

From what we comprehend, there has been a small misunderstanding regarding your application to establish consulates. The other dominion countries namely Kronavia, Viminacia, Thelassia and Rolavia, are each constituent and sovereign in its own, thus our government in Forlini do not have authority over the said member countries of the Imperial Dominion. We share the same Head of State, Empress Beatrice, with the said member countries, but their governance is not subject to the Forlinian government in Mianna. We appreciate the time that you have taken in applying to establish diplomatic relations with the Empire of Forlini, but due to the current situation surrounding your country and the nature of your government, we regrettably have to temporarily decline your application. The Empire of Forlini and its Dominion strive to achieve global peace through diplomatic means instead of violence or occupation, which is seemingly at odds with what your nation stands for. However, we willingly invite your nation to open an interests section in our capital city of Mianna for the moment, until our government investigate further the feasibility of a diplomatic relations between our two countries and the benefits it might bring to the two peoples of both our respective countries.

Allow us to explain the conditions of an interests section, should your country agree to open such premise:

Should your country proceed to establish an interests section in Forlini, we will reciprocally open an interests section in your country as well. when the war ended he was a cripple, living off medicare, which gave him checks of 109.87 Sais, or $ 1.50 a month. he marrie again to uni Katsumari, a 75 year old lady who he met at a blind date his retirement buddies set up for him. as of 2010, he was appointed a national hero of the empire, though the empire collapsed into another dictatorship in 2015, he deicded to apply for ambassador, and he was accepted as one of 200 " ambassadors in line."
