Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation?
In a way, due to the stunning amount of diversity within this great nation as well as the stunningly low amount of people in this great nation if we outlaw, say buddhism that 5% of our population. Although the religion must be recognized by the state and it can't discriminate against other religions in a slanderous way in public, in private however slander all you want. Also if it is not recognized by the state (Which has only happened a very few amount of times) then no, the religion cannot be practiced.
If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution?
It is written in the constitution that the practice of a new religion can't offend any other major religions that are already in place can't be preach outside of private property.

Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation? Yes

If there is, how is it guaranteed? All people are allowed in word and deed to acknowledge or express their understanding of spirit/the divine.

Is delineated in your nation's constitution? Yes

If there is partial religious freedom in your nation, how is it codified? The only limitations placed on faith are it's expressions or influence on the public sector in the forms of monetary contributions. The varied faiths of Zarand while having the freedom of speech to criticize or condemn are encouraged to focus inwardly towards the spiritual wellness of their followers. Religious groups are also not allowed to discriminate or disparage against people or groups who do not fit within the framework of their respective faiths.

Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation?
Yes; The Declaration of Rights of 1789 and the Bill Reinforcing the Declaration of Rights of 1789 of 1990 both enshrine religious freedom. However, it does not supersede or otherwise contradict other freedoms; it is the lowest ranking of the guaranteed freedoms. Freedom from Religion is also enshrined, and is one ordinal ranking above Freedom of Religion.

If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution?
See above. The two documents mentioned form part of the the Constitution.

If it is, what is the wording?
"No man shall suffer to his face, to his back, or by the laws, judgement on the virtues of the temple of his altar."
-Declaration of Rights of 1789.
Note: though the common thinking of the time was really with regards to any Pagan god(s) any individual preferred, especially as Ventalian Paganism began to mix with foreign forms. It quickly came to apply to any religious leaning.

"Religious freedom is herein enshrined: no person shall face discrimination on the grounds of religious belief or lack thereof."
-Bill Reinforcing the Declaration of Rights of 1789 of 1990.

If there is partial religious freedom in your nation, how is it codified?

Through legislation. It's not protected by the constitution and certain religions are still banned outright.

Religious freedom is tolerated in Aquairia.

While people are free to believe what they desire and follow different religious faiths the church is not recognized by the state and all religious institutes that draw in money (like the Catholic church) are subject to taxes same as everyone else. Because of this most organized religious institutes have LEFT the country but many within the borders do still practice their faith and believe.

In the first sentence I said tolerated but what was just finished up on says that people can believe what they want. The CULTURE this isn't really a law but the people enforce it all the same, if your Religious beliefs or practices get in the way of progress your faith will not be tolerated and while not a problem for locals anymore (hasn't been for a good long while) this has been an issue for immigrants and visitors who have been on several occasions refused service or discriminated by the locals for their beliefs.

Religious freedom is guaranteed by Article III, Sub-Article III, Mandate V of the Lunar Charter in the Lunar Domain:

Be it enacted that all citizens of The Lunar Domain and its New Lunar Republic shall have the right to freedom of religion and its practice, and shall have no law passed that will officially establish a national religion, nor shall impede upon the freedom to practice it.

This said, as the wording of the mandate has been interpreted, it's typically frowned upon for the most part in the Lunar Domain to allow religion to influence government policy, i.e. laws based upon religious beliefs, religious holidays as national holidays, etc.

ARTICLE X
RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

CHAPTER ONE: RIGHT OF DESTINY
Above all else, the right of a human to determine the fate of their immortal soul, by their own free will, shall not be abridged. Creatures with a capacity to think, feel, and believe, in the opinion of we who have convened, do not possess souls but nonetheless are capable of accepting the complex truths of faith and belief shall be guaranteed these same rights.

CHAPTER TWO: DECLARATIONS OF A CHRISTIAN STATE
In all affairs of state, TurtleShroom shall remember that it is a Christian nation, founded by clerics and in obedience to the Kingdom of God, which is superior to all worldly governments.

TurtleShroom’s government and laws must conform to the teachings of Christ Jesus and of the Holy Bible’s New Testament. When the Constitution and all existing statute fall silent, all of the Bible may be used to arbitrate the law, or the same may be delegated to Ecclesiastical courts. TurtleShroom’s military is sworn to keep the Kingdom on the straight and narrow and right with God, even more so than they are sworn to this Constitution.

CHAPTER THREE: ILLEGALITY OF COERCION AND DURESS IN AFFAIRS OF THE SOUL
While Christianity shall dominate the path and legal doctrines of the Kingdom, it shall be illegal for any institution of any kind to compel any creature to worship or deny their religion, its God, god, or gods, or even a belief in the lack thereof.

All creatures in TurtleShroom shall have the fundamental ability to enter and exit any faith for any reason their conscience allows, to follow and worship any god, gods, or idol of their choosing, or to abstain from and deny a Supreme Being altogether.

No law shall affect the ability of a creature in TurtleShroom from choosing their faith and determining their destiny in the mortal plane and the afterlife.
TurtleShroom shall enforce nothing coercing any man to follow or not follow any religion, or lack thereof, nor shall it excessively entangle itself in its affairs.

TurtleShroom shall enforce nothing forbidding the right of all religions to Witness to the world and promote their respective gospel.

TurtleShroom shall levy no Tax upon the polls, nor the income, purchases, or expenses of the Church or her clerics.

This shall not be construed to permit the practice of the faiths previous deemed unlawful in this Constitution, but any faith not so listed shall not be outlawed.

by Nui-ta
Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation?
Only partially.

If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution?
Nui-ta has a set of laws that form a codified policy on religion (among other things) throughout the years. It doesn't officially have a constitution yet, although both the Head of State and current Head of Government have mentioned that drafting an official constitution based off of existing laws and policy is something that is being heavily considered.

If it is, what is the wording?
Not really applicable, in between not having a constitution, and having scores of laws involving religion that would take all day to list.

To summarize the major laws:
  • Freedom of religious practice is allowed as long as no harm comes to an individual because of it, and no violent ideas are advocated in their doctrine.
  • Although Stalari is recognized as the official religion of Nui-ta, free and open practice is allowed for all religions that conform to the above standard.
  • Religions have the right to establish their own schools (under R-track regulations, of course. Even Stalari has to comply with those), and the right to freedom from taxation (for religious institutions, not individual religious people), PROVIDED THAT religions follow through with their responsibility of public welfare.
  • Religions that do not follow the terms of the public welfare statute may still be practiced, but those institutions lose their tax-exempt status.
  • The public welfare statute basically dictates that since religious institutions all claim to exist and operate for the benefit/salvation of the people, they must show significant work in addressing the public welfare of the populace, regardless of the religious affiliations of those that seek their aide. Programs by religious organizations that reduce homelessness, re-train/educate people in need of education for a job, care for the sick, or alleviate poverty in the underprivileged are some of the accepted ways in which an organization can show that it is following that statute. They must furnish the documentation every year to remain tax-exempt.
  • Freedom of religion is secondary to non-discrimination law. If a religion discriminates against someone for their sex, race, or sexual orientation, it could well stand to lose its freedom to practice within Nui-ta. This has already happened with more extreme branches of religions in Nui-ta, including Septimism and Stalari.

If there isn't guaranteed religious freedom, is there partial religious freedom or none at all?
Partial, see above.

If there is partial religious freedom in your nation, how is it codified?
Partial, because religions are guaranteed freedom IF they follow certain conditions only. See above.

Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation?
Yes. This is largely because of Himmelstadt's native Christianity existing beside foreign religions, despite our relatively closed borders.

If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution?
The Himmelstadt Bill of Rights delineates a number of freedoms, one of which is Freedom of Religion.

If it is, what is the wording?
Something along the lines of "Freedom of Religion: no individual shall be discriminated upon by their religious or spiritual beliefs, or lack thereof."

Freedom of religion is guaranteed by 1995 Constitution, although religion is banned from politics and media rarely shows religious material. The churches and religious organisations are taxed and receive no funds from government, can't possess any land and there's no religious education. Religious clothing, like burqa or niqab, is banned as we believe it's contrary to Socialist idea of sex equality, only the priests can wear their robes.

There's no law against violating someones religious feelings. Majority of population is non-religious, however.
