Uniform and Equipment
ICLE officers and detectives are rarely in uniform. They typically are dressed in either suits or blend to the higher-end of the attire of the event or location they are working. Every agent carries a firearm, typically a Glock-17, in either a shoulder holster, when it can be concealed, or a concealed waistband holster. Each agent also typically carries pepper spray, a taser, and two pairs of handcuffs.
Organization
Although not restricted to its boundaries, the ICLE is a part of the the League of Christian Nations regional government. The ICLE Commissioner reporting to the Attorney-General, who in turn reports to the Secretary-General and the regional Founder.
Under the Commissioner, there are Deputy Commissioners responsible for different geographical areas of the planet.
Below the Deputy Commissioners are Station Chiefs, who are Supervisory Special Agents, that are responsible for the ICLE field offices.
Sometimes located below or at the same level as the Station Chiefs are the Unit Chiefs, also Supervisory Special Agents. They are responsible for individual specialized teams that may or may not be part of any station. Some report to Deputy Commissioners, while a handful report straight to the Commissioner.
Treaty of Cooperation
To be able to carry out investigations that leave the boundaries of the LCN, the ICLE seeks to create reciprocal cooperation agreements with the law enforcement agencies of national and regional governments.
Membership
While a part of the LCN government, a nation does not need to join the LCN to be an ICLE member. All nations are welcome to join. All none LCN-members must give an appropriate annual donation(if can be afforded) to compensate for LCN-member funded to the regional government that is then budgeted to agencies.
