In an estimation how many jails or detention centers are there in your nation?

Over 60.000

What are your prisons like? Poor with low living conditions or high quality with TVs in each cell?

Blank, little concrete rooms or just cages without any furniture and even without a sink or toilet are the standard; usually, 10 or more people are put in a room which usually is reserved for 1 person. High security and solitary cells usually consist of a toilet-sized blank room with a heavy metal door. The cells are not cleaned, and often, food is only given every second or third day. Persons sentenced to death usually are detained in mobile cages at the town square while the gallows or the guillotine is prepared.

What punishments are prisoners given?

Floggings, torture, up to death

Who's the most notorious known prisoner in your prisons?

Harald Hredoing, a pony supporter who sold toy equines and is waiting for his execution by hanging, drawing and quartering.

In an estimation how many jails or detention centers are there in your nation?
More than 300 federally run prisons nationwide, with many more under the jurisdiction of provinces.

What are your prisons like? Poor with low living conditions or high quality with TVs in each cell?
Prisoners are only given the basic necessities in terms of furniture, and are in no aspect living in overly comfortable conditions. A metal toilet & sink, a bed, a small desk, and a small shelf are the only things available within the concrete cells. Individual cells are kept clean and tidy, and are subject to frequent inspections. A few personal belongings are allowed.

What punishments are prisoners given?
Public works, such as minting license plates, sewing bedsheets, etc.

Who's the most notorious known prisoner in your prisons?
Welton Brown, 29 was arrested for the infamous labour day bank heist of the central Federation Coalition Bank branch in New Haventon. Nearly 29 million Simoleons were stolen in that one afternoon in 2010, and less than half of it has been recovered to this day. He is currently serving a 25 year prison sentence.

In an estimation how many jails or detention centers are there in your nation?

Around 200.

What are your prisons like? Poor with low living conditions or high quality with TVs in each cell?

Decent quality. There are TVs in each cell, as well as small toilets. Despite this, the theme seems to be monotonous and boring. Also, the stench of dead prisoners is there, however, most prisons put dead prisoners in storage areas, some of which are near or in work areas.

Best quality: Persson Departmental Penitentiary, known to be the comfiest of all prisons. The only thing ruining it is the stench of dead prisoners, however, they are in storage areas.
Worst quality: Dalinar Detention Camp, a detention camp known to be in Dalinar City. Dalinar Detention Camp is known to be like a North Korean gulag, where prisoners are known to be overworked, and prison cell quality tends to be subpar, and dead prisoners are left where they are. Only paupers are sentenced to Dalinar Detention Camp, and the lowest crime that can get you incarcerated in Dalinar Detention Camp is surfacing into gentry territory, which merits a sentence to around 8 months. Any higher/more heinous offenses can be longer.

What punishments are prisoners given?

Public work.

The most morbid punishments are in Dalinar Detention Camp, where pauper prisoners are treated like slaves

Who's the most notorious known prisoner in your prisons?

Viktor Folmonsson, notorious for killing mamonos left and right. Arrested on June 21, 2012, and currently serving 35 life-imprisonment sentences.

Twenty Maximum security Prisons that each can hold 8,000 inmates and are staffed by Military Police they hold The bare necessities required by international law no Tv no internet few visits and low quality food these are where dangerous political prisoners domestic terrorist Anarchist rapist and convicted murders are sent.
there pretty much Gulags where you work until your sentence is up or you die(lowest sentences for Maximum security is Two years were proud to say that the death rate among prisoners has dropped to 25%

Detention centers these have some more luxuries than maximum security but not much meant to house political prisoners illegal immigrants and prisoners awaiting trial food is much better along with treatment.

Low security prison staffed by Police veterans these house the normal type of criminals muggers gang members parole violators etc. they are not required to work food is average and once every six months a movie is shown.

-Detention centers mainly centered around rehabilitation. We do not view them is a proper method of "punishment," and punishment is not what we aim for in our system.
-There are three such facilities in the Commonwealth of Lake Mead.
-The prisons are very high quality so as to provide inmates a forgiving atmosphere.
-There are no beatings, solitary confinement, etc. There may be extended sentences if the inmate is determined to be in need of further rehab.
-The most notorious known prisoner is a state secret.

What are your prisons like? Poor with low living conditions or high quality with TVs in each cell?

All prisons excluding maximum security are on islands near off the coasts. They are very high quality and have stores the inmates can buy things from by doing jobs to earn credits

There are two maximum security prisons in the nation. Grovski Centre is a 300m deep former mine. In the event of prisoners reaching the lift to leave the prison, a nuclear warhead will be detonated in the elevator shaft. Kalody Space Detainment Centre is a space station for death row inmates.

What punishments are prisoners given?

The guards are on average quite friendly with the prisoners. Prisoners who behave poorly will be dealt with on a case to case basis

The guarantee for survival is extremely low and therefore prisoners aren't even treated as humans.

What punishments are prisoners given?

The fears of each prisoner are known, in which the Bureau of Order and Peace, the secret police of the country that runs the prison system, exploits their fear and placed them in special rooms to endure that specified fear.

We don't have fancy prisons. At maximum security there are radios available built into the cells in which there are three bunks and one table. When locked in cells they have a sink and toilet combo unit. At minimum security and juvenille rehabilitation it is much more relaxed and there are communal tvs.

In an estimation how many jails or detention centers are there in your nation?

What are your prisons like? Poor with low living conditions or high quality with TVs in each cell?

Most prisons are moderate quality, everyone is fed and cared for. Prisoners are kept in individual cells and are released for meals and outdoor activities. They're also watched over, physical and sexual abuse of any kind is not tolerated.

What punishments are prisoners given?

The 2015 constitution states that behavior can affect the method and time of sentencing. For example, anyone who commits a crime in prison can have their sentence extended. There are also work camps, solitary confinement, sedation labs, and counselors from rehabilitation centers for non-violent offenders.

Who's the most notorious known prisoner in your prisons?

Harry McNorris is a British prisoner of war for killing 3 men and raping 14 women and children in Norway.
Political compass: -1.63, -2

What are your prisons like? Poor with low living conditions or high quality with TVs in each cell?

Prisons are typically poorly kept due to how rarely they are utilized. Prisons are reserved only for convicts who refuse to participate in National/Civil Service, or who fail to pay their due fines.

What punishments are prisoners given?

All citizens charged with Class A or B crimes (felonies or violent crime) must undergo mandatory 30 day psychiatric evaluation, first by a psychiatrist in private, then by a board of psychiatrists who decide whether the criminal is safe enough to be around the general population. If the board deems this to be true, the prisoner will then be sentenced by a jury to pay a fine and participate in civil service for a certain period of time. (For rapists and pedophiles it is common for life sentences of civil service to be issued.)

Frederick Gutenbraun, convicted of extreme right-wing terrorism and the 1982 bombing of a Portland synagogue which killed 15 people, including a rabbi and two pregnant women.

What are your prisons like? These are no prisons, they are working camps, they work for the country production and they pay their own food and living with their own salary.

What punishments are prisoners given? If they don't work or they want to escape and behave badly, is up to the officer what to do.

For individuals struggling with drug or alcohol addiction who have limited resources to pay for treatment, state-funded rehabilitation centers may be an affordable option.
