1-more or less as beasts of burden or worse. Women living in your country are more or less living in a hell, with no or very few rights, and their lives are miserable.

2-Things are a little better, but not by much. Women may get paid jobs, but these are low paid and generally hard, unpleasant or both. Women are deemed legally inferior to males in every way. There are a few males who do treat women well, and loving couples do exist but they are rare.

3 If the country is a democracy, women do have the vote, and they have at least a chance of getting decent jobs, but sexual harassment is rife. Domestic violence is illegal, but not that many offenders are convicted.

4 Women are legally equal with males, and domestic violence, sexual crimes and sexism are strongly cracked down on, but there are hidden pockets of sexism around.

5 Women are the gender who is on top here, if anything it is the males who are oppressed.

Biological sex and gender does not affect most issues in modern Themiclesia, though in our classical history, the division between the sexes was quite deep.

In those times, men and women largely lead separate lives, and even in homes there were designated male and female quarters, neither sex being permitted to enter the other's dominion without permission. Outside of the household, the man represents the woman in all affairs in her interest; within the household, the woman governs the whole house, including the man. As back then our households were very large, sometimes in excess of a thousand members living in the same compound, women held quite a lot of power. The income earned by men would be turned over to the woman entirely, and the husband has no say in how to spend this money, having full faith and confidence in his wife that this money will be spent to its fullest potential; the woman may choose to return a small portion of the money for the husband's private expenditures.

A husband who refuses to turn over his income to his wife is viewed with deep suspicion for being a miser who cannot see the benefit of the family, and a wife who spends freely without regard for the family is regarded as a poor financial administrator. Under this system, the family is the centre of life, with the husband and wife playing separate but equally important roles. Indeed, in the classical era, it was a rare sight to see a man spending by himself, or a woman to accompany her husband indoors.

As for the issue of sexual violence, it rarely occurs due to our social fabric. Our society had its conscious beginnings in the mesolithic era, during which matriarchy is the norm; as with the rest of the world, the centre of gravity moved towards the opposite sex during the neolithic era, but by then matriarchy has been sufficiently ingrained into the social system, that men simply weren't able to take as much power as they did in our places. As time passed on, society developed into the situation in the classical era, where women and men have strict boundaries in their spheres of influence, while being separate from each other as much as possible. The institution of monogamy has never in substance displaced the prehistoric customs; while nominally speaking a man can only have one wife, and a woman one husband, he could have concubines, and she lovers, so long as the official spouse does not object. This is because marriage in our nation began as alliances between two families, with the resulting family as a surety for the continuance for the alliance; sexual contact was not constrained by this pact. Boys are taught that sexuality is strict private, but in private it was nobody else's business to intrude upon one's liaisons, and girls are led to believe that their own bodies are theirs to dispose, though intentional self-mutilation is seen as inappropriate for filial piety reasons. There you have it, a very prim yet promiscuous society.

So, I'm not sure how well this fits in your scale.

The Great Nation of Dan hates foreigners. One of the major cultural shifts was the adoption of gender biases after the 1890's that had relatively not been there before. But following mass riots and conservationist movements it's been fairly okay. The ideas of gender and race are somewhat ignored unless you are considered a foreigner to which we will just hate you in general. Our culture focuses on the individual rather than a group.

About 0 and kinda 4.9 you can blame the foreigners for that.

Women are treated very well in society, it is of no wonder that men attracted to femininity and of the female body often treat women like princess's, even if they are not. Some women especially historically have even been soldiers, although this is not common. One of our top Field Commanders is a woman, and the Goddess representing the entirety of the race of man is female as well. The chivalrous code our people follow results in healthy relationships that protect our treasured and lovely laddies (Excluding those who have proven themselves strong enough and hearty enough to stand with the men in combat against our foes.)

4. Gender equality is very good in Talbniedem. "Domestic violence" was never a problem here (yes of course it exists but not nearly to the extent as the United States). Women have always been treated with respect and people who abuse women are looked highly down upon. Women always have had the right to vote and serve in parliament and the military and own land. Abortion is completely illegal in Talbniedem as we are a Catholic country and see it as the right of the baby to live and is not a woman's "right" to murder her own child.

Meh. 4.5 Basically equal in all ways but they prefer to keep to their stereotypical gender roles. Though there is the occasional female soldier or factory worker, however they are treated the same as a male would be.

On this scale, Mechanocratic Russia is a 4.5. Legally, and indeed socially, women are equal to men in every way, with little to no sexual harassment - if only because our intensely overbearing police force has succeeded in conditioning almost everyone into thinking that they WILL get caught for EVERY transgression of law they commit. If we had our way, we would be a 0, but until then we still need women for breeding purposes. And during "that time of the month", they make menacing soldiers too!

However, the Olwean Ministry of Culture would like to point out that certain things many societies would consider sexist are for the most part embraced by Olwean women, like for example the porn industry which is Olwe's largest industry and never seems to have a shortage of willing women waiting in the wings to take their place in it. It's considered empowering rather than degrading in Olwe, and is not believed by the majority of people to be sexist at all. Furthermore, only physical sexism is illegal in Olwe... verbal sexism is protected under free-speech laws. So while it's okay to accuse a woman of PMSing or call her bitch, cunt, nag, etc., it's not okay to pay her less than a man doing the same job or place your hands on her without permission (the only kind of sexual harassment that's illegal is physical contact... you can say whatever you want to coworkers, although of course if they don't like it they can always challenge you to a duel and Olwean women tend to be quite good with their swords).

Women of High Society and of the elites are treated as equals to their male counterparts but do not hold voting rights that's the only difference in the upper classes.

Women of Middle Society are considered not high enough to be treated as equals so they receive 50% less pay then males in the same job they also have less rights then women of Higher society .most Middle society women find hostilities in the workplace to much and so they stay at home to become full time house wives.

Women of Lower Society are treated the worst they have no rights and only are allowed jobs assigned to them by the local job application office run by the Department of Commerce. They receive even less pay then women of Middle society. Most crimes involving drugs, alcohol, domestic violence happen to lower class women

Women of the "No" Society have no rights to anything they can't get a job a house even in a crime ridden area, a boyfriend or husband, medical care, emergency services etc the overall suicide rate amoung women of all classes is 25% higher then men but the rate of suicide amoung "No" society women is 90% higher then women of other societies.
