A .30 cal would be suitable for dealing with infantry and thin-skinned vehicles. And it could carry a lot more ammo.

Strapping large quantities of MANPADS to your AFVs could mitigate the effect of air superiority to some degree, and if you have any mobile SAM platforms you could try integrating them more closely into your armoured units. You may also be able to build IR decoys and make excessive use of smokescreens to confuse enemy targeting systems.
If you weren't Padnak, you could add APS and proper SAM launchers to your tanks, but you are, so I guess you wouldn't be able to afford that.

Against low flying stuff like A-10s (doubtful the guy invading me will be using them given hes using souly carrier bast aviation) ZSU-23-4s are acceptable right?

Probably. I don't think anyone's really tested any other SPAAGs against A-10s, though.

I used GLA quad cannons and 88 to 111mm guns to defend my tanks from Vanquarian jets and Eakan bombers. It did not go well.
