Cape Cardinal's Lerodas Map Territory Requests [COG only]

It is at last time for me to transfer Fraddwyn's territory over to Sternreich. I rushed the war a bit, but it is due to how inactive I have been recently.

That said, the following sectors should have ownership transferred to Sternreich on the map:
0107, 0108, 0200, 0207, 0208
0307, 0308, 0309, 0407 (Fraddwyni part only), 0408, 0409 (Fraddwyni part only), 0507, Fraddwyni 0508, Fraddwyni 0306

Second, I must protest Central dintinia's inclusion on the map, as they never RPed. Proof. And yes, I did search for the other two recent additions, but they followed the rules.
