For centuries, the people of our nation have lived by a strict policy of neutrality and isolationism. The growth of it's business contacts and the signing of a few now defunct international alliances saw for a short period of time our nation leave it's isolationist ways. Though our nation has for the most part since returned to those policies which have served it so well for the past two millennium in keeping our nation out of any major conflict. Our government and it's people have remained committed to the ideals and principles this nation was founded on, the idea of peace and prosperity for all. It is in the spirt of that idea that our nation opens it's borders and ideals to our fellow nations of the world. May peace and prosperity bless your nation.

Article I: Diplomatic Relations and Extraterritoriality
1. All Diplomatic Personnel and their families shall enjoy immunity from the criminal jurisdiction of United Earthlings. They shall also enjoy immunity from its civil and administrative jurisdiction, except in the case of: (a) An action relating to private immovable property situated in the territory of United Earthlings, unless he/she holds it on behalf of the sending Nation for the purposes of the mission; (b) An action relating to succession in which the diplomatic agent is involved as executor, administrator, heir or legatee as a private person and not on behalf of the sending Nation; (c) An action relating to any professional or commercial activity exercised by the diplomatic agent in United Earthlings outside their official functions; (d) An action that results in the death of one or more of the citizens of United Earthlings. A diplomatic agent is not obliged to give evidence as a witness. The immunity of a diplomatic agent from the jurisdiction of United Earthlings does not exempt them from the jurisdiction of the sending Nation.
2. The premises of the Embassy/Consulate shall be inviolable and under the jurisdiction of the sending Nation. The agents of United Earthlings will not enter them, except with the consent of the Ambassador/head of the mission. The premises, their furnishings and other property thereon on the Embassy/Consulate and the means of transport shall be immune from search, requisition, attachment or execution. Furthermore, United Earthlings will take all appropriate steps to protect the premises against any intrusion or damage and to prevent any disturbance of the peace of the mission or impairment of its dignity.
3. All Embassy and Consulates within United Earthlings shall be exempt from all national, regional or municipal dues and taxes in respect of the premises of the mission, whether owned or leased, other than such as represent payment for specific services rendered. The exemption from taxation referred to in this article shall not apply to such dues and taxes payable under the law of United Earthlings by persons contracting with the sending Nation or the head of the mission. A diplomatic agent shall be exempt from all dues and taxes, personal or real, national, regional or municipal except: (a) Indirect taxes of a kind which are normally incorporated in the price of goods or services; (b) Dues and taxes on private immovable property situated in the territory of United Earthlings, unless he/she holds it on behalf of the sending Nation for the purposes of the mission; (c) Estate, succession or inheritance duties levied by United Earthlings, subject to the following provisions: In the event of the death of a member of the mission not a national of or permanently resident in United Earthlings or a member of his/her family forming part of his/her household, United Earthlings shall permit the withdrawal of the movable property of the deceased, with the exception of any property acquired in the country the export of which was prohibited at the time of his/her death. Estate, succession and inheritance duties shall not be levied on movable property the presence of which in the receiving State was due solely to the presence there of the deceased as a member of the mission or as a member of the family of a member of the mission; (d) Dues and taxes on private income having its source in United Earthlings and capital taxes on investments made in commercial undertakings in United Earthlings; (e) Charges levied for specific services rendered; (f) Registration, court or record fees, mortgage dues and stamp duty, with respect to immovable property, subject to the provisions listed above.
Article II: Location Options
Our nation has three location options to choose from. Option A is an 80-story tower sitting downtown in our Capital City of Reading known as Tower 1. Option B is an 108-story tower that has also been built downtown in our capital, it is known as Tower 2. Additional, if you could please specify which floor(s) you would like. The above two options are for you if you have just a small number of people or require not much space. Option C, is the biggest of the three options with the City of Norfolk having been converted into zones for Embassies or Consulates. Each zone is 3 Acres and you may build whatever Type of Embassy or Consulate you desire on the land.
Article III: Limits on Weapons and Equipment
As a free, open and civil society, United Earthlings has what some might call a relaxed system on Arms Control. Citizens, if the appropriate age and having obtain the required licenses, are free to own and operate almost any type of weapon their heart might desire. The only weapons that are outright banned because of national security concerns are for weapons in the NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) category. United Earthlings offers these same policies to the nations of the world wishing to establish an embassy or consulate in our great nation. While, there will be no outright ban on any type of weapons or equipment except in the case of NBCs (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical), you may operate both in and outside your embassy/consulate. As in all things though, a sense of moderation is expected and it should be kept in mind that our government is only willing to go so far in tolerating your nations idiosyncrasies. Our government doesn't want to hear that one of your drunk staff drove a tank down main street or that your turning your Embassy into a military base, etc. An Embassy|Consulate is a place for peaceful relations between our two nations to take place, that idea should be adhere to at all times. If our government has a problem with some of your weapons or equipment, it will state so and expect the appropriate response from your government within the allotted time allowed. Failure to comply with our government or test our patience and you may just find an entire Royal Commonwealth Army Division/Corps surrounding your Embassy and/or Consulate one morning.
The placement of Weapons of Mass Destruction or WMDs on our soil by your government will not be tolerated in anyway. If ever discovered you have violated this one rule, the necessary appropriate steps will be taken to protect our nation, it's people and our way of life. Violate this rule at your own risk and be prepared to suffer the consequences. There will be no warning given!

Espionage of any kind will not be tolerated, it's that simple. As a free and open nation, our government offers those same freedoms to your diplomatic personnel and their families. Almost, any type of requested information can be obtained. In fact, should your nation prove to be a trust worthy nation, tours of factories, government sites and even military bases could be arranged on your behalf. Those who are found guilty of Espionage will not be protected by diplomatic immunity and may be subject to criminal charges depending on the severity of the crime.
