There is a small Romanov Russian community (about 1.5% of the population) which maintains the Russian language and the Romanov (Byzantine-rite) Catholic Church. 8.2% of the total population is Romanov Catholic but most are Tlomaq converts or their descendants. Otherwise, there are a few ethnically non-Tlomaq residents but too few to be significant. There are also small religious groups other than the Romanov Catholics and the majority who follow the traditional animist religion. These groups occasionally do draw attentionm to themselves, like the Jehovah's Witnesses and the Holy Smokers (who use cannabis in their rituals) but numerically these are also insignificant.

Meh, we're pretty much all Slavs, give or take. Primarily Poles. There's a healthy group of Lithuanians, There's a German minority, a Hungarian minority, and all those various smaller groups native to the area are considered to be Polish.

A few Scandinavians found their way in, along with a few Czechs that are form a minority.

Xt'Tapolopaquetl natives (Xt'Taps) are by far the largest ethnic minority in Omigodtheykilledkenny, not to mention the most violent. They comprise roughly 34% of the total population (and 99% of the terrorist population), followed by Mexicans (white/Xt'Tap mix, 15%), blacks (5%), Asians/Pacific Islanders (3%), and others (<1%). Whites make up 43% of the population.

Among minorities in public office, the President of Omigodtheykilledkenny, Sammy Faisano, is a person of color, but as he was adopted his ethnic makeup remains a mystery. (It is rumored he has grandparents from Gruenberg's Gelzien Nub.) The secretary of defense is black and the WA ambassador is Xt'Tap (and responsible for roughly 89.97% of all terrorist incidents at WAHQ); the rest of the cabinet is white. Non-whites comprise just one third of Congress.

Also Meghans are very elegant and also sophisticated. The most common type of hair color is strawberry blonde and their eyes are usually turquoise blue.
