"Jesterheads"

They run around the streets in large packs, targeting and attacking people who don't fit in (Usually people who are seen listening to pop/rap music) What they do is blast classic "In Flames" songs through loud speakers into their poor victims ears; subsequently killing them in the process. Despite them being seen as a criminal gang to the average person, they actually do the nation good and are proudly supported by the government.
