Anyways, most of the criminal/terrorist organizations in the nation are religious in nature. As a polytheistic society in which the vast majority worship only one of the gods, there are inevitably those that would turn towards the others. These groups are upset at the official nature that the Church of Thesse enjoys and its elevation from a Cult to a Church. Many of the other Cults are distinctly outlawed due to the nature of the gods they emulate while others are tolerated. One notable organization is the Cult of Shol which focuses on cannibalism, gluttony, and necromancy.

They conduct drug running, arms trafficking, money laundering, and smuggling operations while continuing to evade law enforcement.

Kalibar allows gangs because a gang is a group of two or more that band together for a similar cause. Many Gangs in Kalibar are just groups of Skateboarder, Graffiti Taggers, Anti-bully groups, Skaters, Parkour groups, and Street Racers. Not really criminal saying that graffiti is legal.

Although most gangs are found in areas were immigrants tend to live or in small towns of Kalibar. Although in The Buisness Sector of the Kalibar Federation there is street gangs found due to capitalism and corporations only having more power then the government in that sector then any other sector. street gangs more or less symbolize the gangs found during America's great depression. Kalibar Syndicate is a broad group found in the borderlands district of Kalibar that deals in the trafficking of drugs. Also the Del Dorians, once a regime to overthrow Kalibarian government, has reduced to a cult of personality to high leaders and a street gang to mere members. They show admiration to there deceased founder Ken Del Dor. The largest gang in the borderlands would be the Perchs and the Creeds. Both Taking hold of neighborhoods in the Borderlands they typically are seen as the dealers to the K. Syndicate. These and the multiple "families", "Crews", 'Cliques", and "sets" found in the borderlands typically make up the Kalibar Syndicated Organization. They rival with the Del Dorians who have smaller groups known more as Mercs, Cults, Family, or Armies. In the defence to K.S.O even though they are considered criminals in the borderlands they typically donate to charities and live productive lifes when they live outside the borderlands.

There is organised crime in Ayermani but it is nothing the police cannot handle.
Their main criminal activities are housebreaking,auto theft and peddling pirated DVDs movies.
Police have identified and cracked down hard on these so-called gangs and are continuosly monitoring the situation to ensure these criminal elements are rooted out.

There are many gangs in San Andreas which contribute to our very high crime rate. It's not uncommon for gunfights between two gangs to erupt in broad daylight.

There are two major African-American gangs in Los Santos. The Ballas who wear purple and the Families who wear green.

There are three major Hispanic gangs in Los Santos. The Vagos who wear Yellow, the Varrios Los Aztecas who wear turquoise and the Marabunta Grande who wear blue and white.

We also have various motorcycle gangs such as the Lost MC and redneck gangs such as O'Neil Brothers. As well as major organized mobs such as the the Chinese Triads, the Korean Kkangpae, the Italian Bonelli Mob, and the Armenian Mob.
