The elections for the Mayor of Kesya, Torvalyn's capital city, are hereby initiated.
Kesya is a vibrant, cultured city and a focal point for both the artistic and ecomonic scene of the county and the region. The results from this election will determine both the composition of the Kesya Commission (Kesya's admistrative assembly) and who takes the post of Mayor of Kesya.
