It is treason to burn or otherwise desecrate our national flag, and the punishment is death. It's very likely that the flag-burner would be dismantled alive (using brute force) by an enraged mob long before the troops could even be dispatched, but if they managed to avoid that, they would be officially executed.

We do not believe that such scum are worth the effort it would take to torture them, so they would simply be thrown into the smelting pit like the garbage they are.

Burning foreign flags is legal, but we see it as a wimpy move that does nothing when it comes down to it. Therefore, those who hate particular foreign nations are encouraged to raid them or otherwise act to weaken them - as long as such actions won't bring unwanted international-scale military actions.
