Addressed Fully to the Foreign States of our Earth,
After the previous successful diplomatic consulate and embassy program launched by the Department of Foreign Affairs earlier in the decade, the Department of Foreign Affairs is proud to announce the launch of a more comprehensive and able approach to ensuring the safety and security of diplomatic links with foreign entities. The new program is designed to incorporate a stance of a furtherance in relations with fellow states of the earth, as well as provide for further comforts and conformation to the needs of the ministers and delegations therein a diplomatic program.
General Terms, Conditions and Such Pertaining to the Program
The Department will NOT offer any such assurances that it does not reserve the right to deny any application based upon the premises and construable situations which may negatively effect the Aurensian nation and citizenry. All applications will be reviewed and deemed applicable to acceptance or denial by the Department of Foreign Affairs, executive authority, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Lower Congress of Citizens, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Congress of Electorates and any such associated subcommittees. All rulings in favor or against upon the acceptance or denial of an embassy or consulate are subject to withdrawal and review by any such proper legal sources.
Article I. Rights And Treatment Of Diplomatic Delegations In Relation To Embassies
Diplomatic immunity is subject to ruling by the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Assembly Committee of Foreign Affairs, and any such offer of the immunity by law whereof is deemed final and will not be subject to requested withdrawal by the Committee or Department. Diplomatic Immunity and other offers regarding the situations of law and justice as defined in any article of law in the Commonwealth or Federal Government are subject to the withdrawal and possible convention of the Superior Court or any such higher court as deemed necessary by the higher authorities as hereby defined.
Background checks and other such security measures that are deemed necessary to the safety and security to Aurensian citizenry and state are subject to implementation by the proper legal authorities. All rights observed in the nation of sponsorship thereof the embassy shall be subjected to therein. All taxes, tariffs and other such fines and or expenses shall be subject to payment to the nation of delegation. Property taxes and other such expenses shall be excluded and the nature of such be classified as requirement of payment to the hosting entity whereof as defined by articles of law thereof.
All rights observed and contracted in the entrance to the constitution or any such associated legislative articles of law held respective by the Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia shall be excluded from usage upon cognition and agreeance by the delegation thereof. All rights and articles of law shall be assumed as respectively engaged in their purposes and intent upon the exiting of any such compounds of an embassy or consulate or such diplomatic building thereof.

The Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia maintains the right to affirm and or deny any foreign request regarding the embassy and or any such build associated. As in further, the municipal government in which retains the privileges of law enforcement shall be sufficient for the prosecution and protection of the embassy thereof, and only marked defense forces for the embassy shall be permitted, and shall only be permitted to retain such rights on the grounds wherein garnered to the entity retaining such stated embassy.
Further, the rights of the Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia to retain all laws and judicial procedures deemed necessary against the criminally responsible should such occur within the boundary of the embassy, shall remain absolute. The recommendations and legal representation of the party involved shall be granted to the entity of request if approved by proper court ruling.
The rights of the Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia to render any new regulatory stature here, shall remain subjective to only the Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia.
Further, the rights of the Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia to retain all laws and judicial procedures deemed necessary against the criminally responsible should such occur within the boundary of the embassy, shall remain absolute. Article III: The Location and Amenities of Diplomatic Build Entities
The Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia retains the rights to subject the nation of request to the locations here-stated. The locations here mentioned, shall include; Diplomatic Avenue --rows two through seven, in the Municipality of Portsmouth.
Such mentioned wherein the municipality above, shall be permitted for any requesting entity accepted.
The further location mentioned, shall include; Union Avenue -- rows one through two in the District of Concord. The mentioned here-before shall be a restricted section only subjective to residency by states deemed necessary of such a location by the proper official seated.

No vehicles other than such equipped for proper diplomatic courses or civilian uses shall be permitted. Further, these vehicles shall be limited to armament no greater than one bolt-actioned rifle, of no greater caliber than fifty, and of no greater rate-of-fire than semi-automatic.
Further restrictions shall include the disallowance of carrying weapons outside of the embassy compound not permitted by the specific state and or municipal government for regular Federal Citizens.
In final, further equipment such as aerial devices and other such builds shall be permitted dependent upon the municipal building restrictions. Should any question of such pertaining not stated here shall be under the direct guise of the Administrator of Foreign Affairs and or Department of Foreign Affairs of whole.

The right of bringing small domestic animals shall be retained by the requesting entity. Locations of such animals shall be a privilege garnered only by the requesting entity.
All materials rendered of illegality by the Free Confederated Republic of Aurnsia shall be of no permission to enter the nation hereof. All such substances found, shall be seized and destroyed proportionately.
The Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia reserves the right to confiscate all materials deemed against the laws herein garnered, whether of current stipulation or of future.
In final, the Free Confederated Republic of Aurensia reserves the right to expel all embassy officials if caught attempting to be of unacceptable levels of disobedience to the mentioned here.
