Obesity in your nation?

Obesity & heart disease is a huge problem across the world (especially in the USA) and I was wondering what steps your nation has or has not taken to keep your citizens fit and healthy?
Because sometimes even national leaders just want to hang out

Standard welfare package for poor people who can't afford it: (house(picture below), $1000 worth of supplies, cell phone with small solar panel charger, healthcare for testing for and treating physical health problems, birth control, security, and a government no interest, credit wont go down if not repaid, no collateral, confidential loans to those who can’t afford it, where they don’t have to pay it back until they have over $33,000 man made property value, to learn how to make survival products). People are given more based on their need.

Overweight poor people are weighed and measured for height and must loose at least 1 lb per week in order to receive tax-funded food or food from most private charities.
Rations are based on ability to afford food, height and weight (underweight get more, overweight get less).
overweight people get the minimum calories.
healthy weight people get a # in between the min and rec cal.
underweight people get the recommended calories.

Wow that seems like a really efficient way to prevent the disease, it seems you've taken into account most factors that could cause obesity and I think I may impose some of these measures on my own citizens
