Archontate of Bari Letter from: The Rt. Hon. Dr Sophronius Merula, Minister for the Dicastery of State. Dated: Thu., 1 Jan. 2015. To: The Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs. In re: The establishment of a Barisan diplomatic mission in Stormwrath. Sir or Madam: I have the honor to convey the wish of His Catholic Majesty Hiram I to institute a Barisan diplomatic mission in the Intergalactic Empire of Stormwrath. In the light of recent events in Bari, the need to exchange missions with select nations has come into being. Therefore, His Majesty's Government wishes to send a completely developed mission to Stormwrath, comprising all necessary personnel, desiring to reinforce bilateral relations and to represent Bari in your most noble State. That having been said, should this application be deemed agreeable by your Government, I shall, by the power vested in me, appoint Mr Theophilus de Cruce as the Head of the Mission to the Intergalactic Empire of Stormwrath; he shall thenceforth enjoy the appropriate style for someone of his status, being referred to as His Excellency Ambassador Theophilus de Cruce. He shall discharge his duties well and maintain favorable and enduring relations with your Government as a representative of His Majesty. Additionally, His Majesty's Government invites your esteemed State to send forth a mission to Bari, which has its own active embassy program. If your Government would want to dispatch a diplomatic mission to Bari, it shall find our Embassy Program to be the most appropriate channel therefor. This missive comprehends the complete application for the institution of the Barisan Mission. Should the application or any components thereof cause a matter of concern to arise, please apprise me of the issue, at your convenience, that it might be rectified. I should be obliged if you would inform me whether the application is accepted. While wishing that the coming years may witness a burgeoning and cordial relationship between our two States, please accept, Sir, the assurance of my highest consideration. I am, Sir, yours faithfully, Sophronius Merula. |
