Forgot. You have to run through the gas chamber. Also my PT requirement is for all sex. There is no male or female PT requirements. Everyone goes through the same training and are expected to perform at their full potential.

The minimum service period is 3 years.

Since Sidhae are designed to remain in decent physical condition at all times, and are actively encouraged to engage in physical activities and practice healthy lifestyle, there is no real PT standard that must be met to enlist - any whimp (by Sidh standards, anyway) can join, the drill instructors will surely whip him into proper shape in the following months anyway. Since even the puniest Sidh has the physique of a well-conditioned human athlete, physical standards aren't an issue. The only requirements are that the candidate has no current or recent illnesses or malfunctions.

On the first year, the recruits are brutally drilled in basic training, putting emphasis on physical exercise, discipline, teamwork and basic military skills (outdoor survival in various environments, navigation, basic unarmed combat, basic proficiency with all standard-issue personal weapons). Great importance is placed on mental conditioning and indoctrination, recruits regularly being subject to difficult and adverse tasks under extreme stress, and constantly indoctrinated in proper Sidh ways and values through propaganda lessons.

On the second year, the recruits are issued their first powered armor suits and exercise in advanced combat skills. At this stage, individual troops are selected for specialist training based on their demonstrated personal qualities and aptitude, each soldier being assigned to train in some specialty.

On the third year, the recruits are subject to grueling and dangerous tests that stretch their skills to the limit, including a mock combat exercise with live if underpowered ammunition - since recruits who have performed well in the relative safety of an exercise may not necessarily also do so in actual combat, it is deemed preferable to discover this before deploying them to combat where it may endanger others, so a few deaths or injuries that always happen in these exercises are deemed an acceptable price to pay - after all, the recruits know what they sign up for. The ultimate test for each new batch of recruits, at least within legions stationed reasonably close to the front lines, is a surprise deployment to actual combat (usually on a reasonably-safe operation to ensure minimal casualties). Those who pass all these trials are deemed worthy of full citizenship, and may choose to either leave service for a civilian profession, serving as reserve troops to be called upon in time of need, or become career soldiers. Most Sidhae who have completed their 3 years of training choose to stay with the Army or Navy for 8 or so more years.
Freedom doesn't mean being able to do as one please, but rather not to do as one doesn't please.

A fool sees religion as the truth. A smart man sees religion as a lie. A ruler sees religion as a useful tool.

The more God in one's mouth, the less in one's heart.

Recruits are trained for at least 6 months from the basics to the advanced techniques. But all citizens go through a year of compulsory military training, so the usual soldier has at least roughly a year or two of training. Recruits must be able to do a 3 mile run within 30 minutes, 60 pushups in 2 minutes, 75 sit-ups in 2 minutes, and carry their own weight while marching a mile. In training, they are taught to dismantle their weapons and reassemble them within 30 seconds. They must also know the "ins and outs" of their equipment. Soldiers march around for 5 miles (or an hour), 5 miles while in full gear with equipment and also drill. They swim across rivers, climb up then down trees and also are taught to parachute.

In land navigation, soldiers in motorized or armored divisions are taught how to navigate through flatlands. Eventually more obstacles are added until they do it in a forest. For special branches or more daring soldiers, they are taught to drive with one eye blinded, then both eyes blinded in the forest by navigating through sound. Next they are taught how to use armored vehicles. Of course, they are also taught in using GPS or similar devices. The basic compass is also carried by every soldier and marines and the army are also taught to navigate by the sky.

Bro, 30 minutes to run 3 miles? That's a lot of time. So average it takes your soldiers to run 10 minutes a mile. even that's slow. They can chop it down to at least 8 minutes and 45 seconds. Run 1 mile 8 minutes, run the rest 9 minutes

Maybe 30 minutes for 3 miles as a starting point. But what you describes seems kind of a low AFPT score. But, the rest of it sounds good.
