I'm afraid that there is no such thing as Sector 3156. Please check which Sector you mean again.

Hi, can I claim 1519 as my territory please?

Am I right in saying that once my population passes 1 million I'd be able to expand by one hex. 2 million to a total of three hexes and so on?

Hey Kust, welcome to the CoG!

You expand territory every time an IC "Geological Survey" occurs, which is an OOC map update by our lovely map-make Iltaakwenusih. Each update you're allowed to expand your territory by one hex square (post here to make the claim, and a quick RP describing the colonization efforts/establishment of your nation on the RMB for it to be validated). The population aspect of it is simply that nations with over one billion population that claim a map sector for the first time may claim more than one hex; one more for every billion they have (so 1 billion can claim 2 hexes to start with, 2 billion 3 hexes, 3 billion 4 hexes, etc...). Seeing as your nation is quite small at the moment, however, you'll start with just the one

Sorry I made a mistake and mixed the number around, 3516 is what I meant. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm gonna establish a small city-state, trade, economic thing on hex 3112. And I'm talkin' small. Hong Kong sized would be nice. I already got permission from the other two island inhabitants so everything is a go. And I'd like it if the borders of Ujjuland and Kahekili expanded around the city-state so that the city-state could share a land border with both nations. If you could call it "Port Koloa" with (Cape Cardinal) under it, I'd love you forever
