1. A citizen doesn't pay their taxes.
Crime(y/n): yes
Punishment(If Any): The citizen has to repay the double amout of the evaded taxes. If he/she cannot, see number 2.

2. A citizen can't pay off their debts.
Crime(y/n): yes
Punishment(If Any): Imprisonment until the debt is paid off via Labor. If he/she earns more money in his/her job as he/she would in penal servitude, the citizen can be allowed to continue it. In this case the citizen only has to stay in prison during his/her time off work.

3. A citizen robs something.
Crime(y/n): yes
Punishment(If Any): Fine (usually about 300-500 % of the value of the robbed goods). If he/she cannot pay this, see number 2.

4. A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex.
Crime(y/n): no
Punishment(If Any):

5. A citizen is a prostitute.
Crime(y/n): no
Punishment(If Any):

6. A citizen does marijuana.
Crime(y/n): depends
Punishment(If Any): Fine. 200 Imperial Credits (circa $ 331 / 247 €) per gram. If he/she cannot pay this, see number 2.

7. A citizen does cocaine.
Crime(y/n): depends
Punishment(If Any): Fine. 200 Imperial Credits (circa $ 331 / 247 €) per gram. If he/she cannot pay this, see number 2.

8. A citizen does any other form of drug.
Crime(y/n): depends
Punishment(If Any): Fine. 200 Imperial Credits (circa $ 331 / 247 €) per gram. If he/she cannot pay this, see number 2.

9. A citizen burns the flag of your nation.
Crime(y/n): yes
Punishment(If Any): The citizen loses his/her citizenship.

10. A citizen melts one of your nations coins to sell the materials it is made out of.
Crime(y/n): no
Punishment(If Any):

In addition to the fines, a convicted citizen has to pay the costs of the trial. All fines can be avoided by joining the armed forces for a term of at least 5 years (depending on the amount of the fine).

Regarding 5:
Being a prostitute is not per se illegal. However, the citizen needs a permission that states that he/she doesn't carry any illnesses, especially STDs.

Regarding 6, 7 and 8:
We separate legal and illegal drugs. Even using an illegal drug for yourself is not illegal, as long as you do not harm others.
However, it is illegal to receive, give away, grow, produce, buy or sell them.

Regarding 10:
The value printed on the coin is more than the value of the coin's material. Therefore melting a coin would be very stupid.
In addition, coins have become very rare since nowadays most payments are made electronic.

1. A citizen doesn't pay their taxes. Crime(y/n): Technically yes. Punishment(If Any): Dodging taxes in the Imperium is practically impossible to begin with. Taxes and accomodation expenses are deduced from a citizen's salary before payment, private enterprises generally being too small to earn any single individual much more than the average state-employee salary, and all business transactions are tightly monitored, it being easy to do so due to the universal use of digital currency. If someone is found to have figured out a way to elude taxation nonetheless, his punishment is as many years in a labour camp as many months of tax evasion can be proven.
2. A citizen can't pay off their debts. Crime(y/n): Borrowing money in general is considered an un-Sidh act, a proper Sidh being expected to live according to his means. Lending money on interest by anyone other than the national bank is considered loan-sharking and is a criminal offense, as is using the services of loan sharks. Becoming indebted to the state bank is also a crime, albeit a lesser one. Punishment(If Any): Economic crimes are taken very seriously by Imperial authorities, so loan sharks can expect at least 15 years in a labour camp. Their customers can also expect 5 years in a camp for encouraging such predatory and un-Sidh business practices. Being in debt to the state bank will lead to suspension of all citizen's personal assets and non-essential possessions save for the minimum livelihood provisions granted by the state, until the debt is fully repaid along with a serious fine - in practice that means the debtor will have to live in a dormitory on little more than bread and water until his debts are paid.
3. A citizen robs something. Crime(y/n): Robbery, especially armed robbery, is a very serious crime and is punished accordingly. Punishment(If Any): Even jumping someone on a street can earn one 10 years in a high-security camp, which is effectively a death sentence. Armed robbery, especially one resulting in someone's death, most likely won't even result in a trial - the authorities will simply terminate the offenders on sight with extreme prejudice, unless specifically ordered to take them alive and make an example of them.
4. A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex. Crime(y/n): In our time, racism is based around species rather than intra-species phenotype differences. Discrimination on grounds of sex is unknown, at least in our society. Punishment(If Any): Discriminating non-Sidh races isn't just allowed, it's officially enforced and encouraged. Any self-respecting Sidh would find even the notion of treating a non-Sidh like an equal offensive.
5. A citizen is a prostitute. Crime(y/n): No true Sidh would ever consider entering such a disreputable profession even under direst of circumstances. Because it is such an un-Sidh act to be a prostitute, technically that makes it a crime. Punishment(If Any): Since prostitution is unbecoming of a proper Sidh, engaging in it demonstrates that one is not fit to be considered a Sidh. Known prostitutes can therefore be de-augmented and cast out to live among humans and other inferior vermin where their kind belongs.
6. A citizen does marijuana. Crime(y/n): Most Sidhae don't even know what marijuana is, the authorities having made sure that all official information sources have omitted any mention of the intoxicating properties of cannabis. The use of any recreational narcotics including cannabinoids is forbidden. Punishment(If Any): Known users will be subject to forced chem-coding - permanent chemical alteration of their nerve receptors to produce intense nausea and pain rather than pleasure when exposed to the substance in the future. Chem-coding is usually extended to most common recreational drugs rather than a single substance.
7. A citizen does cocaine. Crime(y/n): See above. Cocaine, even a synthetic one, is rather uncommon in our age, more modern drugs like zyme taking it's place. Punishment(If Any): Chem-coding.
8. A citizen does any other form of drug. Crime(y/n): See above. Punishment(If Any): Chem-coding
9. A citizen burns the flag of your nation. Crime(y/n): Yes, and a very serious one at that. Punishment(If Any): Anyone attempting such an unpatriotic and un-Sidh act in public would likely be lynched by an enraged mob of offended patriotic citizens, and the authorities certainly wouldn't lift a finger to do anything to stop it. Provided such an offender managed to escape mob justice, burning the Imperial standards would likely be grounds for declaring him amfiat - an unperson, a traitor to be banished from the Imperium and all mention of him expunged from official record. More likely, however, he'd just be killed by the officers of law taking him in custody under pretense of "resisting arrest" or "attempting escape", which are legal grounds for the use of lethal force under Imperial law, since few want to bother with the paperwork that trial and declaring someone amfiat involves. Amfiat is a mark of shame reserved for someone important whose betrayal actually deserves being made an example of, some disgruntled nobody burning a flag simply not being worth the time.
10. A citizen melts one of your nations coins to sell the materials it is made out of. Crime(y/n): Imperium doesn't have minted currency, all money being digital. Punishment(If Any): None, obviously - you can't melt down bytes of information.
Freedom doesn't mean being able to do as one please, but rather not to do as one doesn't please.

A fool sees religion as the truth. A smart man sees religion as a lie. A ruler sees religion as a useful tool.

The more God in one's mouth, the less in one's heart.

Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way.
We have nothing to lose but the world. We have our souls to gain.
