Well, succession for King Charles is going to be a problem. He currently has no offspring or mate to succeed him upon his death. The closest living relatives he has are his uncle, Patrick Octavius; his cousins Marcus Lutetius, Thomas Rex, and Claudia Aurelia; and his nieces, Angela Nanos, Janet Stephen, Katherine Marcus, and Jessica Talonus. Their titles include Prince, Princess, and Duke; not much but hey, the Tyrannus family has only been in power for twenty years. 

As for Drakonian King Alcoris II, his only child and son Tigris is still merely a hatchling, there is little way he can currently inherit the throne. Should anything happen to him, his wife QueenWarenia will become Dowager Queen and rule in her son's stead until he is old enough to be crowned King. In the event of her absence, Prince Sadras, Alcoris' fiery-tempered younger brother, shall be crowned King. Alternatively, the King's niece and nephew, Prince Flamûs and Princess Faedra, will rule as Co-Regents instead. Considering he is only a baby, Tigris only has the title of Crown Prince whereas Queen Warenia's full title is Queen of Drakonia, Princess of Faman, Lady of the Moon, Earl of Tikran, and Mage of Fire.

If the president steps down, or dies, he will be replaced by Vice President, Vladimir Scaramastro

There is no official successor, as their is no official head of state in Cedoria. Although in practice, Vallance Vallen is the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Cedoria, the Chairman of the People's Committee, Chairman of the Revolutionary Defence Committee, and the Majority leader in the People's Assembly, making him the de facto head of state.
Of course, once he dies, the successor will be chosen by popular vote of the 500 representatives on the People's Assembly, 498 of whom are Communist Party members, and two Independents. The previous most likely successor was expelled from the party and executed for inciting "counter-revolutionary" crimes, and the prominent Communist Party hardliner, Leon Valdemer, appears to be the most likely leader to assume power when Comrade Vallance loses an election, a no confidence motion, or passes away.

Because the Supreme Leader of Bosrat is a religious and political figurehead, his absence is not too detrimental to the state and while the Islamic Holy Tribunal selects a new Supreme Leader, the President and Vice-President control the politics of the nation as usual.
