We've only had three leaders (Minister Advisors and Presidents) in Frenequestan history proper, including the current one.

They would rank as follows:

1. Claire Ritter Rieu (2222-present)--for continuing Frenequesta's high civil rights and political freedom policies, streamlining the regulatory scheme, and beginning to reverse the Ministry Council culture of "one hand doesn't need to know what the other is doing."
2. Gunther Zuroweste (2215-2222)--Mostly for really making sure that Frenequesta went off to the right start and for fostering good relationships between the Secretaries and the Popular Legislature. Loses points, however, for approving of the merger of the Economy and Foreign Affairs ministries as an extreme attempt to create better communication between those departments, and for otherwise continuing the laid-back attitude of the Ministry Council.
3. P. Andrew Jones (2214)--though our first leader, was only transitional, and was more or less a caretaker Minister Advisor and President. Did not serve long enough to really have an impact.

If Chief Justice Allen Cosmo and Secretary of Foreign Affairs and the Economy Vishton Smalls, which some regard as the real leaders of Frenequesta, were included, they would rank as #1 and #3 respectively.

Joplinia-Lambscott has had more presidents/prime ministers, however, and the five best are often regarded as follows:

1. Richard Yves-Carter (2105-2113, 2117-2121)--Helped make Joplinia-Lambscott a true nation rather than just a disorganized conglomerate of "Omnibusinesses." Implemented many social programs and regulations that lasted until the PDB era, and are still a model for Frenequesta's social programs.
2. Helen Tristan (2145-2153)--Regarded as a very pragmatic leader who strove to work across party lines; continued the trade agreement with Univerz-Steinbruck-Wang, delaying already boiling social unrest by at least two decades.
3. Irving Bach Ritzoffer (2125-2137)--Had the longest uninterrupted service in Freneq-Joplinian history. Streamlined many of Yves-Carter's social programs; his modest pro-business attitude influenced subsequent politicians, though many took it further than he would have liked.
4. Grendel Garbo (2208-2212)--orchestrated the transition from V022471 to Aprioriposteriori, and did what he could to reverse the environmental damage caused by the thirty years of the PDB.
5. Thomas Dunkel (2156-2157)--though he only served for one year, he was regarded as a very genial politician in the Tristan mode (though more left-wing) and some of his reforms of Yves-Carter's old programs were considered necessary and effective improvements. Many argue that had he lived longer, he would rank higher.

[Trefeqia]

Emperor Sevastien Vilermefil IV (1793-1854)- Fought against the Tredish for independence before being crowned emperor. He also defended the will of the people and united them throughout his rule.

President Antone Qaltron Rodriqfil III (1998-2008)- After communism fell, President Qaltron helped reformed the government and pushed for direct democracy.

General Francisq d'li Crux II (1979-1986)- Although he was a dictator, he was benevolent and gave equal rights to minority groups in Trefeqia and tried tackling the corruption in the government. He had plans to bring democracy to Trefeqia, but he assassinated by an agent working for the Communist Party of Trefeqia.

President Adria Savia Letane (2013-present)- She brought more change by granting citizens more rights and helped the nation's economy rise.

Emperor Qulta Cva XII (1013-1067)- The emperor of the original royal family, Emperor Cva XII succesfully united the Trefeqian people under one flag. This occurred way before Trefeqia was colonized.
