It's contraindicated by our medical authority and therefore illegal to perform on under 16s unless that person has a specific medical need.
There is in practical terms nothing to stop one of our citizens from crossing the border and paying to have it performed in the United Kingdom or elsewhere. But this is very rare.

Circumcision of minors of either sex is outlawed unless medically indicated. There are no exemptions for religions. Once an individual attains adulthood at age seventeen, they are permitted to undergo the procedure if they freely choose to do so. As for prevalence, approximately 2.1% of males and 0.7% of females are circumcised, and the practice of elective circumcision is declining.

Very uncommon but people haven't bothered to ban it yet, it isn't our biggest concern.

The early Revolutionary Republic outlawed the practice of circumsision, discouraging it as a 'tribal tradition of Arabs and Jews' and obstacle to the revolutionary progress that Azurand underwent. Due to this, circumsision is very rare even among Muslims and Jews that reside in the Popular Republic: around 2%, even after circumsision is re-legalised around 1984 after the Reformation Process.

In Purpelia the act of mutilating ones genitals in this way is classed as a "religious practice of foreign origin and unpurpelian nature" and is thus illegal in all cases on account of our cultural preservation laws.
Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. I just like playing with the idea of a country of madmen utterly convinced that everyone else are the barbarians. So play along or not but don't ever think it's for real.

Apart from the occasional ex-Jewish or ex-Muslim convert, Sidh males aren't subjected to such procedure. There is no cultural or religious reason for them to, and there is no medical benefit to it either.

An interesting idea pertaining to circumcision is presented as a historical fact in Sidh history textbooks - that the popularity of circumcision especially in the United States outside Jewish and Muslim ethnic groups in 20th and 21st centuries was largely the result of promotion by Jewish doctors, who believed this would help their male compatriots hide among the general populace better, should there ever be another Holocaust - with circumcision being a general practice, Jewish men could no longer be easily identified by examining their genitals.

Considering how few authentic historical records survive from that period to this day, there is no longer any way of proving or disproving this assertion.
Freedom doesn't mean being able to do as one please, but rather not to do as one doesn't please.

Circumcision is legal but uncommon because two major religions which obligate it - Islam and Judaism - are minor religions.

Legal (voluntarily), rare. Usually done by religious groups (or done for medical reasons). Illegal in Easton province though.

About 40% of the population claims to be circumcised. The majority religion is Islam and there is also an insignificant amount of Jewish people. Circumcision must be performed by professional doctors, it is illegal to do so without a professional doctor. Also, female circumcision is illegal.

I laughed for multiple minutes.

Circumcision remained in practice among Jews throughout the twentieth century, including the Jewish minority in the Democratic Republic. In 1989, the Vanguard made performing a circumcision a crime punishable by up to twenty years imprisonment, and published faked studies indicating that circumcision multiplies one's chances of contracting HIV tenfold, then pushed them through the state-run media. They then attempted to use these studies to justify a ban on marriage between Jewish men (defined in the law as circumcised men) and gentile women. In opposition to the Vanguard and support for the Jewish minority, the marginals had themselves circumcised. With so many circumcised men, implementing the law became unfeasible.

Circumcision is a popular ritual in Kimac, with 85% of the population having been circumcised in infancy.

Popular view is that uncircumcised people are 'Mlaath', the High-Kimacian word that refers to one who ignores tradition and is unclean or of low social standing.

Uncommon considering most citizens are Christians. The Bible states multiple times that it's not necessary to do that in order to be right with God.

Since most of our citizens are Muslim, circumcision is very widely practiced in our country. Many hospitals throughout the country have their own "circumcision wing".

In Reddogkeno101, it is Illegal in any form. Reddogkeno101 recognises that the foreskin acts as a protective layer and has other uses. The costs outweigh the benefits for circumcision.

It is practically unheard of. Rekachian culture has a taboo against religious modifications to the body, with it being a widely held view that religion is solely concerned with the spiritual and should have nothing to do with the physical, and is generally creeped out by the entire concept.

Jewish immigrants may be circumcised, and indeed may circumsize their children, but this is considered to be just barely legal. The only reason it is not illegal is because the debate on whether infant circumcision counts as violating the infant's right to self-ownership has yet to produce an agreed upon law. Circumcision as an adult has no such issues and would never be illegalized, though it is still quite uncommon due to cultural factors.

The act of Circumcision, male or female, has been illegal since 1992.

Under the Children's Advocate Reform Act (CARA), any medical staff found preforming this procedure will have their medical license revoked for a period of 50 years. After that time, they may be considered for renewal.

Any parent attempting to have this procedure done will have all children taken from them and jailed for a period not shorter than 7 years per child.

Any person offering or acting to smuggle/transport children out of the nation for a circumcision procedure will be executed.

So, the circumcision rate is near 0. However, cases do happen every now and again.

About 90% circumcised, legal.

Female circumcision is illegal, unless for religious reasons - minimum age 17.

Very common, to the point that uncircumcised boys are usually pointed and laughed at by all the other boys in the lockerroom. Uncircumcised wangs look silly.

edit: As the OP/poll does not specify, female circumcision is illegal, but is not a very common cultural practice anyway.

Circumcision is only allowed to be performed on under 18s if medically necessary... So around one in 70,000 boys are cut. And we're working on reducing that number further still by ensuring that doctors always prioritize all the less-harmful alternatives ahead of circumcision when suggesting treatments for the few, rare conditions that it helps treat.

Adults can pay to be cut if they inexplicably choose to do so.

Part of our comprehensive sex-education teaches what is lost during circumcision, in terms of the 30ish% of total nerve-endings which are severed and the callousing-over of the remaining 70% and why it shouldn't be performed without the patients consent or medical need, but it also teaches that all genitals are beautiful, and that someone shouldn't be teased for having been mutilated as an infant through no fault of their own, just because they're of American or Jewish descent or their parents were mislead by doctors.
