The worst crime done by the government of Maldovania was the massacre of 30,000 civilians and 15,000 separatist during the 3 day battle of the Zenith Forest in 1967 ( 12th of June-15th of June ). The massacre took place at the end of the War against the Zenith Separatist movement which started in the 3rd of November 1965 and ended with the Imperial Amy burning down the Zenith forest and massacre of 45,000 people in only 3 days all people that lived in the Zenith Forest was killed after order from General Thomas Scholl ( who was the high commander of the Imperial Army )

These 3 days have been called the Darkest Hour.

Every action of the Imperial government must be directed towards that singular purpose, and every moral concept valuable only so far as it contributes to that goal. Humans, being the ignorant and stubborn barbarians that they are, have refused to recognize the truth of the Emperor's teachings - that self-directed evolution, self-enhancement for better survivability is the only way Mankind might stand against alien onslaught, instead clinging to their obsolete superstitions and prejudices about the inherent sanctity of human life and bodily integrity. Humans have also rejected the notion of favouring unity over diversity, instead preferring their ignorant factionalism, continuing their age-old petty feuds that merit only a few selfish politicians and capitalists. Hence it is evident that they must be saved from themselves whether they want it or not, and if half of Mankind must be annihilated to save the other half, so be it.

In other words, the Imperial government simply does what must be done to secure the survival of our race, and also our misguided human brothers, no matter how unbelievable that would seem. They have 100 million people killed here so that a billion may live elsewhere, they have a world obliterated in one place so that 10 worlds may remain unmolested in a different place. Humans, who are driven by emotion (which is understandable, since we also are, especially when some of us happen to be on the receiving end), call us inhuman genocidal machines, yet fail to understand WHY we do it, why we cause all the suffering, misery and pain that we often cause.

So in our eyes, there is nothing criminal about what our government does at times. When the survival of an entire species is concerned, everyone is expendable.
