No. It's almost double the payload of the An-22. I assume you meant the An-225, in which case I'll point out that the An-225 lacks a rear cargo ramp which means it can't deploy such a weapon. It can however be carried aboard the An-225's parent, the An-124, which does have a rear ramp.

I prefer the 747 Aircraft Carrier concepts. The little fighters they proposed were so cute.
