Curious, is this the largest military vessel in the arsenal?

As to the main question, standard uses of a military ship for FT (regardless of hard-ness) usually revolve around either space superiority (killing other space forces) and/or supporting operations on a planet below.

In "hard" FT, missiles would likely still be king for most space-superiority missions. Spinal EM guns as you have them will not be as efficient for space superiority (as you can really only engage one target at a time compared to a multiple-target missile barrage) unless you have opponents which have very heavy protection which would warrant an EM gun's power. (which may depend on how "hard" you like your FT). Of course, like the US Navy IRL, the EM guns will be very useful for the planetary supporting fires role.

HOG is a 155000 lbs fuel-air cluster(fuck) bomb. Nothing prevents anyone from replacing a fraction of the fuel with oxidizer, then loading the clusterfuck bomb with those cluster munitions.

Ground penetrator 70 ton bomb only needs to have a sharp nose with 35 tons of concrete in it.

You can carry literately dozens of nuclear depth charges with that lol-amount of payload.

This whole thing came about because Padnak lacks the resources to develop and produce nuclear weapons (our nuclear weapons program is just a giant pool of corruption that eats funding and doesn't do anything) so instead we developed a fuckhuge bomb. This thing is limited to strictly COIN operations and is based on a radically up-scaled FAB-2000

No. It's almost double the payload of the An-22. I assume you meant the An-225, in which case I'll point out that the An-225 lacks a rear cargo ramp which means it can't deploy such a weapon. It can however be carried aboard the An-225's parent, the An-124, which does have a rear ramp.
