Nazism and Radical Feminism - (hoping to be banned)

There are no banned ideologies in Allanea, but Chaos worship is strongly limited.

The closest to banning is required police supervision during rallies - these times are usually whenever police are most armed, though they are so small in number that they only crop up a few times every other year, thanks to a belief shared in our nation that violence is unecessary.

Ideaoloies themselves aren't banned but groups formed on them are. The High Court bans them after investigations.

In accordance to section 16.2) of the South African constitution, the right to freedom of expression does not extend to:
(a) propoganda for war;
(b) incitement of imminent violence
(c) advocacy of hatred that is based on race, ethnicity, gender or religion, and that constitutes incitement to cause harm.

Recently a number of members of parliament, significantly over that of the required two thirds majority in the National Assembly, voted in favour of adding advocacy of hatred that is based on sexual orientation to the list of areas where the right to freedom of expression does not extend to.

In accordance to this, the following ideologies are banned:

Racial supremacy
Ethnic supremacy
Gender supremacy
Religious supremacy
Supremacy based on sexual orientation

Dudeism.

LGBT, Pro Nazi, Satanism, Facism, racism, all forms of supremacism. Pretty much systems that promote shit to a country.

None are banned but left wing ideologies are taboo

The outright banned ones are...

Ridicule of the Victorious Decepticons as we don't want a war robot invasion.

Slavery is banned as it takes jobs meant for the free people and creates unemployment.

Hatred of Ponies is banned as we like having sapient ponies around.

The violent cult Rame Tep is banned because it practises human sacrifice and uses very nasty darts that cause horrible hallucinations.

Nazism, Fascism, Juche, Communism, and a few other nasty ideologies are looked down on and may attract negative attention from the police but they are not banned outright.

The only banned ideology in the Mormon Republic is Mormon Fundamentalism. Almost all Mormon fundamentalists support polygamy which is a huge offence in this country and the government does all it can to combat this extreme form of Mormonism.

Communism and Socialism is banned in Marsisian.

Any form of religious fundamentalism, communism, libertarianism, anarchism, feminism, and Nazism. Punishment for publicly advocating these ideologies varies from jail time of up to 2 years (feminism) to the death penalty (anarchism).

Communism, Irreligion, demo(n)cracy.

Revolutionary ideologies that would encourage rebellion are strictly outlawed, and under cover police inspectors commonly infiltrate secret meetings.

In The Chelbrusitan, one is allowed to have any ideology they please.

Communism is illegal to be discussed in state politics however, due to the militaristic actions taken by the now defunct Communist Party.

Any movement which can be considered radical or extremely against the status quo. There is no de jure ban on specific ideologies, but protesting is extremely limited and is generally considered inciting violence within the nation. Leaders and figureheads for such radical groups usually wind-up assassinated, strangely enough.
