We have decided to start taking requests for embassies in the Russian Socialist Soviet States. All embassies will be in Moscow. There is no application form. All you need to do is declare your intent to open an embassy. You will be sent a confirmation telegram after you apply. We accept everyone. Please apply here today!

K. I'm setting up a 5,000 man Embassy, with 4,999 guards, an "Ambassador," 300 tanks, 100 aircraft, 200 artillery pieces, and all equipped with heavy G36 assault rifles! We'll set it up right next to your government district to ~~conquer your ignorant country~~ build closer relations with government officials.

It has come to our attention that you have recently started up an embassy program. We, the Greater Imperium of Desmendura, decided to establish embassies between our fine countries. May we remind you that we will not be hiring locally and that our ambassador and his fellow accomplices will abide to Russian Socialist Soviet law regardless of conditions provided.
