Men who have earned it will receive a Ring, a Medal, And When they retire and or leave the Military will receive an Extra 10,000 Marks for this Award.

The Rose Orders are the highest honors that can be bestowed upon a Norden. The king or queen themselves bestows this honor upon anyone who they deem worthy.

The Order of the White Rose This is granted to individuals whom the monarchs of Nordepax consider to have contributed to their country through purity and goodness. This usually involves people who have done a great deal of charity work and volunteer service for Nordepax. Seven living Nordens are members of this order and hold its emblem, a figuring of a white rose wrapped around a crucifix

The Order of the Red Rose This is granted to individuals whom the monarchs of Nordepax consider to hve shown a great deal of bravery and courage. Roughly 87% of Nordens who have received the Red Rose were martyrs who died and the emblem passed to their family. Most of them are war heroes and only two members are currently living. The emblem is depicts St. Mary with a red crown on her head and a red rose in her right hand.

The Order of the Pink Rose This is usually considered the highest honor in all of Nordepax granted to those who have demonstrated purity and bravery in serving their country. Recipients total only nine since the establishment of the three orders and currently, only one is living. Most of those nine were war heroes or selfless men and women who went into dangerous circumstances to help and guide other people. The emblem portrays the Father, Son and Holy Ghost on the throne of heavens, adorned in white, red and pink roses.

It is awarded to civilians/military who have made achievements worthy of His Imperial Majesty's attention and is only awarded by the High Emperor himself. But remember, being "worthy of His Imperial Majesty's attention" is going to be very hard business and you really have to do something exceptional, either civilian or military.

There are several orders of "high distinction" within Laudine, many of which are not affiliated with the Laudine state. Where those medals issued by the Laudine state are concerned, the two highest are generally recognized to be the Order of Merit and the Order of Martial Distinction.

The former is awarded for noted contributions to the legacy of the Laudine people - it generally recognizes a substantial accomplishment (or record of substantial accomplishments) to Laudine law, literature, science, arts, philosophy or political progress.

The latter, the Order of Martial Distinction, commends a record of extraordinary military service - it may be awarded to those who show bravery in the face of battle, but that is not always necessarily the case. The medal may be awarded simply to those who have accomplished much in service of the Laudine military - it is almost common for career generals in good standing with the Kingdom of Laudine to receive this medal for their service.

A host of other medals are awarded by the Kingdom of Laudine (technically by the Crown, though this authority is only nominal) - the Order of the Golden Lion recognizes valor and gallantry in battle, whereas the Cross of St. Theodore is awarded to all troops wounded or killed in battle.

Many private institutions award prizes to recognize accomplishments in academic or humanitarian realms - the Prestridge Institute for the Social Sciences (affiliated with the University of Prestridge), for example, awards the annual Maxton Award (named after early-20th century economist Dennis Maxton) for noted accomplishments in the field of economics and statistics.
