Monarchy, although it functions more like a Military Dictatorship, since the Emperor's title does not pass down with him. Instead, the title is granted to or fought over by one of the top generals.

Teritora has a strong central government that is headed by a King who is elected upon the death of the previous king by the Royal Senate from one of the 7 royal houses that rule the seven great principalities that make up Teritora and rule over the other lesser great nobles houses. At least that is the simplified explanation.

The Empire of Nethea is a Feudal Monarchy.

The Emperor is a hereditary position which rules over the entire empire.

The Feudal Lords are hereditary positions which rule over planet. Their main role is collecting taxes and passing them along to the Emperor.

The Vassals are a hereditary position that rule over large portions of the planets. They are mainly concerned with collecting taxes and passing them on to the Lords as well as making sure everything is running smoothly in their territory.

The Knights are hereditary positions that rule over small manors dotted all over the planet. Their job is making sure everything is running well and collecting taxes and passing them on to the Vassals.

The Peasants are the workers of society. They produce materials then must pay a certain percent of that in taxes. Non necessities are taxed at an extremely high rate, while materials that the peasants need are taxed at a lower rate. The Peasants keep what is not taxed away and may do as they please with them (However there are some regulations).

We operate on a semi-presidential model in which the responsibilities of head of state & head of government are partitioned between a popularly elected President and a Chancellor elected from among the ranks of unicameral Congress.

The Supreme Army of the Dirt Roads, run by 12 generals, consists of the original generals from the rebellion against the Corporation and the successors the generals appoint (currently 5 of the original generals have died and been replaced). The Supreme Army holds complete power over all eight states and four territories and their people, though the states and territories largely govern themselves. States are democratic republics run by a governor, legislature, and justice system, while the governments of the territories vary in nature. The Supreme Army has classified all citizens and politicians under a military hierarchy they may make use of - as the national motto states, "All Are Soldiers On These Dirt Roads".

Thus we qualify as "Military Government".

Dracoria is closest to a constitutional monarchy in its present state. Although the bicameral legislature exercises most of the power, Admiral Rheopa, honoring her leadership during the revolution, holds a post as official head of the military with considerable powers that have rarely been exercised to date. In addition to authorization to lead the nation's armed forces, she may order the legislature to convene for an immediate session; call for new elections; or, in utmost emergencies, assume utter command of the government in the fashion of early Roman dictators. As of this time, the Admiral has only ordered three emergency sessions of the government and once threatened new elections when government gridlock came close to causing a shutdown of the school system. There has been considerable debate on whether this position should be allowed to outlast the Admiral herself, as the people are unlikely to trust anyone else at that post; the next military head is unlikely to retain any of these powers.

Dictatorship with democratic elements. There's an elected unicameral legislature but the Executor has absolute veto power over everything they do. Most government departments are technocratic and beyond their control as well.

A unitary presidential constitutional republic. Though the masses owe their progress to the Asigna party, that's why they let Terten be their "punong" for 7 years. Erin Terten would be stepping down from his position for the new elections after this year.

Jingoistic Republic.
Although at the moment, Commanding General Ral Zarek of the Army has seized control of the Government, and declared Martial Law. Normal Government is set to resume as normal soon.

The country is a Constitutional Monarchy with a tricameral legislature. In the lower and middle houses representatives are assigned based off population, with members of the lower house being elected and members of the middle house "earning" positions through testing in a sort of meritocracy. The upper house has 210 members through election, appointment, and testing. However, besides members of the lower house, all representatives must have passed the state tests.
