This is the General Council a WA like assembly for passing international law, it's not recommended that you be apart of the WA and the GC whereas that would put too many international laws on your nation and restrict your nation from getting anything done internationally.

1. All member states must comply to GCRs.
2. All member states are independent of the GC and with the permission of the Court of Justice can get an exemption from a GCR.
3. Member states can be kicked from the GC for failing to comply with GCR without a COJ exemption.
4. Don't abuse the COJ exemption(will be considered as God-modding)
5. You may have puppets, but only your main nation has voting rights in the GC.(All puppets will be treated as observer states within the GC)
