If you use the CV90 already go for it, if not it's not worth buying it just for the 120mm.

The normal ones have a 40mm cannon, but I think the 120 would be worth fitting to already existing ones since you can take out a MBT with it, with the right ammo.

The ATGM's are good and all though.

Buying new vehicles or re-fitting vehicles with a new turret isn't going to be cheap, and the Bill 2 has a shelf life of 15 years so unless you are using all of them (in which case price might not matter so much as you are clearly involved in a major conflict), you aren't going to have to restock that often.
