No. It encourages organized crime and is harmful to marriages and families.

Of course. How else could we regulate it safely?

Legal and highly regulated with health and safety standards being heavily enforced.
Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. I just like playing with the idea of a country of madmen utterly convinced that everyone else are the barbarians. So play along or not but don't ever think it's for real.

Prostitution is legal with hundreds of laws regulating it and taxing the sale of one's self at a rate of 70% to the customer. (IE If the bill is $400 then the tax would be 280 so the patron would pay $680 total)

Technically, yes. Prostitution is greatly frowned upon by church officials and laws have been passed to "make it illegal" but they are rarely enforced.

Depends upon the territory. Some territories allow prostitution while others ban it. The UAT Congress has not passed any laws regarding such behavior. Usually, bigger and more religious areas like Texas, Mexico, Canada, and British Columbia have banned it but places like Chihuahua, New Mexico, California, Alaska, Rupert's Land, and the North-Western territory allow it.

Prostitution is totally illegal in Trafalgar. Sanctioning, supporting, committing, or aiding in committing prostitution results in heavy fines and imprisonment.

It's illegal to buy sex in Minoa, because of the human trafficking problem in which the neighbouring countries do not give a £#*! about.

Forced Prostitution is seen as an invasion of a person's property rights to their body and thus banned, but if someone voluntarily wants to be a prostitution, then it is perfectly legal.

National Brothel Company

Slogan: Liberate Yourself
State Owned

The National Brothel Company is a nationalized company which controls all the legal prostitution in the country.Any legal prostitute in CTALNH is an employe of the NBC and is protected by the government. The NBC has its employes in bars and strip clubs which have made deals with the NBC. To work for this company you must be 18 years or older, have citizenship of the country, and have no sexually transmitted diseases. Once you have the job you are given a license to show the police and customer that you a legal prostitute. Also frequent check ups are done to ensure that you do not have STD's.

Each prostitute is tested for aids and other STD's. After that they are asked many questions such as if they are ok with threesome's, kinky stuff and the like. Depending on there answers they will only be licensed for what they wish to do but they have to at least be comfortable with intercourse. When someone gets a prostitute at the bar or hotel or some licensed prostitute area then the clerk asks what type of intercourse they want. Depending on what they say they will get a certain girl or guy that is ok with that type of stuff. If the rules are not followed the prostitute can say that they were forced to work a sex job which they were not licensed to do. The clerk/business can be arrested by the police and sued by the National Brothel Company. However the prostitutes have to agree that they will have to have sex if they want this job. In the end these licenses and specific sex jobs for the prostitutes ensure they are not being abused as traditional gang prostitutes are.

Licenses:
Certain prostitutes do not want to perform certain acts while others will preform those specific acts. Therefore each prostitute has a license which basically tells any NBC person or police officer what they are willing to do. Therefore if the police look at the licence and put it through there computer database and find out that the prostitute was doing something that they did not give consent to via the license then the police know there is an issue. There are many different categories place in one persons license and digital profile, way to many to name. However some include threesome, bisexual threesome, lesbian and many more different licenses.

Prostitution Law of the People Republic of Vietnam

Only state run entertainment centers/brothels are allowed. Private business and individual are not allowed to engage in prostitution or any type of money-for-sex transaction, punishable by law. However, physical gift, merchandise and all other non-monetary items (jewelries, automobile, house...) are not view as money; therefore it's permitted and prostitution law does not apply.

Punishment is vary from heavy fine to being jail in work-camp for life, depend on degrees. Conviction of prostitution has 3 degrees as follow:
- 1st degree: any money-sex transaction that is not willful and premeditated. Usually apply for pimps and "madame".
- 2nd degree: any money-sex transaction that is willful.
- 3rd degree: any attempt to force or lure some-one into money-sex transaction.

Punishment:

- 1st degree: a mandatory lifetime in work-camp for all male. Female from age 16 to 40 will get a mandatory service in state run brothels until the age of 46, then serve the rest of their life in work-camp.
- 2nd degree: heavy fine of 2,000 Dong (or $1000) for the fist time arrest. Second and following arrest will multiply the fine by 2. For example: 1st arrest = 2000 D, 2nd arrest = 4000 D, 3rd arrest = 8000 D.
- 3rd degree: heavy fine of 4,000 Dong ($2000) for 1st time conviction. 2nd time conviction = a fine of 4000 D and a mandatory 2 years in work camp. 3rd time conviction = 1st degree.

It's legal but regulated, like, in order do provide services you must be certified, and go through routine checks for STDs, and most 'prostitutes' work in a brothel, which is also regulated by the health department and such

Owning and operating a brothel, soliciting and living off of a prostitute's money are legal. You must be 18 years or older to do those three things.
