Official Communique from the Volzgradian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
It is with great pleasure that I would like to announce the reinstatement of the Volzgradian Embassy program. With almost all new embassy plots now fully constructed, Volzgrad is now ready to once again open its doors to delegates and diplomats from all across the word. As with before, any nation, regardless of political ideology, may establish an embassy and have no discrimination leveled against them. All embassies are 3-story office buildings, regardless of location, and are either constructed of reinforced concrete or of brick and wood with concrete supports. All embassies also have spacious basements for storage of both automobiles and goods. Helicopter pads are located on all embassy roofs and allow the storage of a single helicopter, any others must be stored at the nearby Venkov International Airport. New rooms or features may be implemented into the embassy design if wished by the ambassador or nation. However, for safety reasons we ask that the embassy staff do not attempt to perform any renovations without outside consultation with Volzgradian authorities.
General Guidelines and Notes:
- All crimes committed on the embassy space will be judged using the owning nation's judicial system.
- Crimes committed by embassy staff or guards on Volzgradian territory will be judged by the Volzgradian judicial system.
- Preaching, be it political or religious, will not be tolerated regardless of circumstances.
- We ask that embassy personnel be respectful of Volzgradian customs and people.
- Due to strict Volzgradian drug laws, we kindly ask that embassy staff not bring any form of dangerous narcotics.
- Animals and plants may be brought in but must be screened by Volzgradian officials.
- As stated before, any major embassy renovations must be done by Volzgradian workers and officials.
Rules and Guidelines Regarding Firearms:
- Firearms cannot include explosives or highly destructive weapons (heavy machine guns, rocket propelled grenade launchers, grenades etc.)
- Vehicles may be armoured but not armed.
- No Chemical, Nuclear, or Biological weapons of ANY kind are allowed on embassy grounds.

The Center of St. Adriansburg, Kavinkov Square is rich with history and life. It is also the location of the annual Imperial Glory Parades and the majority of major Volzgradian festivals and parades.

Another historically rich location near the northern sections of St. Adriansburg. All Heroes St. is the location of the largest Military and National museums in Volzgrad. All embassies located here are made in traditional Krasnevite style.

Romanov Hill
The most "standard" embassy area in St. Adriansburg. Romanov Hill is located near the Southern docks which is an attraction to some because of the view and the water. Romanov Hill is well known for its nightclubs and for the rowdy parties hosted in the Aristocrats' houses.
