Santa Mateopolis's Embassy Program

Greetings esteemed leaders of the world. The Glorious Nation of Santa Mateopolis has decided to begin a embassy program. The Supreme Ruler, Vladimir Zestak, is thrilled for embassies to open in Santa Mateopolis as we can begin diplomatic relations with many nations. Law and Conduct:
As usual in embassies, all staff, security, ambassadors and ambassador's family have full immunity from any crime except for the following crimes:

Assisting in the murder of an Santa Mateopolisian Citizen
Planning terrorism
Carrying out terrorist acts
Drug smuggling
If any of the above are violated, said person will be subjected to Santa Mateopolisan law. The trials are fair and have an impartial jury. But in extreme cases, the sentence will be handed out by Supreme Leader, Vladimir Zestak. A free lawyer will not be available. However, you may pay for a lawyer or transport one to Santa Mateopolis from said person's native country may be flown over. The maximum number of guards is 15. Guards from said ambassadors homeland are permitted, but you may hire guards locally.
Certain weapons; such as sniper rifles, RPG's etc, ect, are not permitted in an embassy. As you may be familiar with, Santa Mateopolis law forbids carrying a concealed weapon unless you are Supreme Leader Zestak, his bodyguards or a soldier. Thus meaning all guards or armed personnel must have their weapon/weapons on full display. Armoured vehicles are permitted, but military vehicles are not.
Human Rights, Safety and Education:
Santa Mateopolis is a safe place, with no ongoing wars. Terrorism is none-existent. If the ambassador has children they will be enrolled in one of Santa Mateopolis's top schools; depending on location assigned. If you are homosexual, please do not state it or act on it.
