Only the arctic-antarctic mainlands are unclaimable. The islands are part of the plots.

Well if I cannot have 116-117, I don't mind claiming 106 but I would like to know which sub-arctic areas are part of 106 if any if I am accepted into the region. And like I said regarding the population it will change accordingly with my nation size when I enter as the stats in my military database reflect upon other rp regions I was in, in particular the last one.

Thanks, since the islands are close to the artic, I couldn't tell if it's part of a country or unclaimable

I guess you're accepted why does everyone want to show up to Atlas to claim territory as an extension of their nation instead of being actual member states of Atlas?
