Is public nudity legal in your nation?

It certainly is in Piero Sraffa. In fact it is mandatory in the name of security. It was cheaper than installing ex-ray scanners everywhere.

Public Nudity

It is legal here because it is only harmful if someone lusts about it.

It's legal here because it's never harmful.

Edit: Unless there are some environmental problems that would make it harmful, like too cold/too hot/sandstorm/whatever, but we leave it up to the individual to decide whether or not it's worth it to them.

It's legal here six months a year, and illegal the other six months.

No. And never will be.

Don't ask.
Don't wonder.

If you wanna be naked, do it in your house or a friend / family's house.
Our country, our rules...

It is legal as long as the nudist is not committing an act that can be interpreted as sexual in public or in cases where it can pose a health risk to others.

Nudity was never illegal to begin with. Since Pony Auzkhians normally do not wear clothes.

Only in places that allow it. Mostly nude beaches. A few nightclubs have clothing-optional area. The reason why is unknown. You can't go around the streets nude, however.

Yes, it is legal. In fact, over 40% of Planeians go out partially clothed or not clothed at all. No one pays any mind to it because it's normal in our culture.

Professional prostitutes are usually nude or dressed in extremely revealing outfits during working hours, and this work can include "advertising" outside the brothel. It's not uncommon to see individuals naked in public bathhouses (which are completely genderless, like bathrooms and other formerly gender-separated facilities), and images (such as advertisements) and statues with highly detailed representations on the human body are common in the streets. In schools, sometimes models are hired to undress and show their exposed bodies off for anatomy and sex education classes. Some view this as immoral to expose children to live nudity, but we don't give a shit. Children learn better with experience.

It's also seen as practical to swim naked, and bathing suits are only really used in cooler waters. Though swimming is usually never done in large groups, as most of the pools are just small areas in bathhouses. Still, when you swim, you're expected to take your jumpsuit off and just do it.

So, it's not taboo by any means, and considered perfectly fine in some areas. However, if you're just walking around nude, going about business which can be done with your jumpsuit on, an Enforcer will more than likely approach you with a towel and scorn you for parading about in such a manner.

It is in most states, although some have banned it for health and safety reasons (i.e. in those states with climates that aren't suitable for nudity).

Nudity is fine in Veneria. Most people choose not to go naked, but they have the choice either way. Sex education in schools is mandatory, but teachers have the choice whether to teach sex education or not. Each school must have at least 2 sex education teachers, one of each gender, and due to its nature as a relatively short course, the sex education teachers also teach other subjects. As a result of all this, nudity and sex are not taboo subjects in Veneria, and young teenagers are much less curious and much better informed, which has lowered the teen pregnancy rate by a lot compared to other nations.

Also, the education department saves a lot of money in course material for sex education due to the lack of taboo around nudity. Instead of diagrams and pictures, it is considered perfectly acceptable if the teachers or pupils instead prefer to act as live models, although intercourse (simulated or otherwise) between the two teachers, between the teachers and pupils, or between pupils, is illegal. Live models are only used where somebody has chosen to appear nude, and the practice is limited to a live replacement of diagrams of the external human body. No touching or internal exploration.

((Finally! I can be first for this!))

Nudity is compulsory in Iridae, the punishment varies depending on specific settlement, the clothing worn, and general mood; however subtle exemptions are made for clothing of a kink or costume nature. There are exceptions for parties, events, and festivities, including the traditional Solstice and Equinox celebrations. (Summer Sun Celebration, Waning Day Festival, Mid-winter's Night Celebration, and Returning Light Festival.)

It is not. However, people are able to get naked all they want in the sanctity of their own private property.
