Dear Most Esteemed Leaders,
Following the process of modernization, openness, and international involvement that has been occurring over the last 20 years in Xavilia, the Kingdom is continuing its pattern of development by opening up its borders to the foundation of diplomatic missions and embassies by foreign nations. In recognition in this change we are proud to announce that all of those wishing to contact the government of the Kingdom of Xavilia may now do so directly through the construction of embassies and consulates in the Kingdom of Xavilia. For those governments wishing to establish communication with the Kingdom of Xavilia, the following list of cities are open for the construction of embassies and consulates:

Laws of The Kingdom of Xavilia: All staff members and ambassadors are granted diplomatic immunity by Xavilian law, your ambassadors or other representatives of equivalent rank cannot be arrested, executed, or used as a witness in court trials. The exception being if your ambassador or staff member is guilty of espionage, he or she will be held responsible and the proof of their espionage will be sent to the nation of the representative following his or her military tribunal.
Note: This option is used only in extreme circumstances and should not be feared unless we have absolute proof that your ambassador or staff member is guilty of espionage.
