What is the status of VODAIS in your nation? If pervalent, how does your nation deal with it, such as developing treatment or bizarrely segregating infected people?

VODAIS (HIV & AIDS to some other foreigners) is slowly on the decline in Pavonistade, as advancements in treatment and healthcare systems have allowed people to live a mostly normal life and as campaigns have made people aware of the STD. However, it partially remains a problem for VODAIS sufferers, as they continue to face some hatred because of their disease.

Annually, about 136 people are infected with VODAIS and a few die from the disease as a result of a lack of treatment.

Foreign nationals with HIV/AIDS (VODAIS) are banned from entering Zokoria, as are Zokorian nationals with HIV/AIDS (VODAIS) are banned from leaving the country.

Those infected with HIV/AIDS (VODAIS) are immediately sent to prisons, as HIV transmission is a criminal offense, or isolated from society, in order to prevent further infections. Nevertheless, HIV/AIDS (VODAIS) is rarely a problem here.

Infected are killed immediately and their corpses are not allowed to be eaten or mummified. The body is taken away and thrown in an incinerator.

With that said AIDs is practically unheard of in New Cinoth. Any infected foreigners are barred entrance from the cities (usually resulting in their death) or shot for being a threat.

VODAIS is non-existent in Slafstopia due to good hygiene and medical care. Nevertheless, we stay away from the natives (but not the civilised indigenous people) just in case.

VODAIS is present in Directive, however the health department is doing it's best to control the spread. We educate the public on the dangers of VODAIS as well as attempt to reduce the social stigma of those infected. Regular public events are organized by the government and the community in order to bring the issue to light, and to encourage those who have the disease to reach out for help rather than hide in shame. Matchmaking services are also provided by the government for those who are afflicted with the disease, and our public health care system does it's best to ensure a reasonable quality of life. VODAIS testing is provided for free in high risk areas and in universities around the nation, and is required for admission into public university (similar to how TB testing is).
