We do have a space program, but due to lack of very much funds it is not very extensive. Also, the whole country is highly educated and the industry is extremely advanced and clean.

In summary, we are a small overlooked nation that is very advanced (IV3, 4III, 43, or IVIII), and if it was placed in the real world would be the most advanced country in existence.

Boasts an extensive nuclear and chemical arsenal, as well as a considerable population. Capable of intervention, but typically chooses not to do so on account of other nation's equivalent or better nuclear capability, rather choosing to remain neutral on the diplomatic playing field. Consists of fourteen states and maintains a small colony on the island nation of Kutrania, which was recently granted status as the Republic's fourteenth state. Also has several satellites in orbit, though only a few of which are capable of military attack.

Special Notes about your civilization: Ieperithem is a highly federalistic society, with power distributed to smaller areas. The federal government itself is strictly limited, while states are more free to determine the balance of power with sub - governments, such as towns and cities, on their own. Economic regulation is minimal, though smaller areas tend to have more laws on the subject, based on the will of the individual, smaller groups to deal with issues that come up in their communities. Trade and subterfuge are seen as preferable to war, though a formidable standing army remains in place, and the nation has a highly militaristic culture.

-IC: One of the oldest in Asia. With the economy and the military growing, Zhouran's influence is growing. Close to being a superpower, but our influence, even though it has spread towards Africa because of African communists, is currently being challenged by Asigna.
-OOC: In terms of present day standards, our technology is kind of hi-tech. Also, we have a space program comparable to that of China's space program.

Tier Tier 4(.5) with several robots that still walk the uncanny valley, testing large scale teleportation to use against enemies (mainly South Rothinzil who fails to make me happy and Zhouran then we can focus on China). We also have male version of strike witches whose uniforms are never that revealing as their female counterparts.
Type Type II, in hoping that trade agreements and the diplomatic influence will help spread the bayan throughout the world and the universal realm.

Special Notes about your civilization: Federal monarchy covering an area of over 2,850,000 km² with a population of over 23,700,000. Three kingdoms and one autonomous technocratic republic constitute the empire. Roughly 400,000 citizens are gnomes, the rest are dwarves with a few thousand humans scattered around. Gnomes represent an extremely innovative race of scientists and tinkers who have designed much of the higher technology for the empire. Dwarves represent a very stocky, sturdy and practical people who are master smiths, miners, architects and explorers. Magic in the form of arcane sorcery and elemental powers exists in the empire. The autonomous technocratic republic is technologically the most advanced area, with robotic constructs and nuclear research existing. Two of the kingdoms are quite industrialized with technology roughly in the era of 1870. The third kingdom is mostly agrarian without industrialization. Arcane and elemental magic, heavily-plated melee, and gunpowder all make up the armed forces. Melee is the most prevalent due to tradition, although it is gradually being replaced by technology. The standard rifle is comparable to the Dreyse Needle Gun - a single-shot, bolt-action firearm. Grenades are potato mashers/stick grenades of World War I. Mortars and artillery are in the World War I era. Submarines are roughly World War I/II-era equivalent. Tanks are arguably the most advanced technology, bordering World War II German panzers in technological ingenuity.
