Join the military: 17 for pre-enlistment training, 18 for full enlistment

Buy/use marijuana: Does not exist here, if it did it would be illegal however.
Buy/use any other drugs: Illegal.
Be legally recognized as an adult under your nation's laws: Technically 18, but 18 up until 20 is viewed as the "pre-adult" years.
Become leader of your country: Technically there is no set age as it is likely we'll be adopting a hereditary line of Grand Chancellor's, so therefore the successor may very well end up being quite young. However, 18-20 is viewed more as the appropriate age for getting handed the actual legislative power of the Grand Chancellor.
