PRESIDENT MATTHEU TO ATTEND CEREMONY IN NORTHEASTERN NATIONS

Prime Minister Lauren Frazier of the Northeastern Nations had sent an invitation to allied and friendly nations inviting officials and representatives of their respective nations to attend the Captain-General Ceremony. In the special ceremony, attendees from friendly nations would bid farewell to retiring Captain-General Halle Heredovich and welcome in Sadie Shafer as the new Captain-General. Pavonistade was among the nations that were invited to attend the ceremony set to be held in the capital city of Valhalla, in the member-state of Vuldum.

The invitation was sent on April 2, but the news of the invitation was announced to the public a day later by President Mattheu and First Lady Tiffanie. They have excused that they did not read the message on April 2, but they have said that they will be attending the Captain-General Ceremony with their children Iain Watsonn and Lyonna Alenius and Governmental Bodyguards Tholien D'Akerite and Oliver Rodriguez, and to travel to Valhalla, Northeastern Nations the attendees will board and fly on the Pavonistadian Presidential Airplane. Both the President and First Lady had claimed that this will help to increase friendly relations and acceptance between the Democratic States and the Federal Republic by attending the ceremony and seeing Northeastern Nation's iconic military figure retiring from the top military position in the nations.

This is the first time that a non-Sunalayan foreign nation had invited Pavonistade to an event in 31 years, the last one being the Ocelot Isles inviting the President to attend the marriage between Oceloteer Governor Oppenheim Voloshyn and Foreign Affairs Minister Alexandra Votruba. Visiting the nation would help to end the 31-year break in foreign Pavonistadian presidential visits along with the visit to Smoya on February 27, 2013, which was named the President's Long Break.

While many people see this as a chance to know better about a friendly nation in the Triple Continents, other people have objected to this by claiming that the President was negligent towards the whole of Pavonistade (e.g. "he ignored the poor and homeless") and instead only cared about his family - the only attendees excluding the bodyguards were the whole presidential family (Mattheu, Tiffanie, Iain, and Lyonna). However far more people are optimistic in the next stage of the visit and ceremony in Northeastern Nations and many are undoubtfully looking forward to seeing the positive and content conclusion of the Captain-General Ceremony.

GRADUATION DENIAL FOR FASCISTS ACT PASSES

Graduations like what the picture depicts would no longer be for fascists and pro-fascism students

April 13 would be a dreaded day for fascists and pro-fascism students in Western Pavonistade if they heard that the Graduation Denial for Fascists Act made by Leader of Western Pavonistade Elisine Rifkins had successfully passed, with the amount of votes FOR the GDFA larger than the amount of votes AGAINST or ABSTAINING.

At 1042 hours (10:42 A.M.), the final 25 votes were recorded in the Western Pavonistade Governing Building adding 10 votes FOR, 11 votes AGAINST, and 4 votes ABSTAINING to the S-12 Voting Record. Though the amount of votes against the GDFA was 1 vote greater than the votes for the GDFA, it was not enough to stop the act from being voted down in the Governing Building. In the end of the voting, the final amount (adding up to 130, the number of members in the building) is:

For: 69
Against: 47
Abstain: 14
Total: 130

Members that have supported the GDFA have declared the successful passage of the law as a victory, claiming that the law would finally crack down on the small-but -violent clashes caused by fascists and would eventually force them to move out of Western Pavonistade and probably out of Pavonistade. On the other hand, members against the act have been sighing and shaking their heads as they believe the act would result in turmoil in multiple parts of Western Pavonistade.

"I am very pleased that the Graduation Denial for Fascists Act had passed with enough votes to support its passage," stated Member of Governing Building Justin Zakhartley. "It would not only teach them [fascists] to show respect and to not create clashes and violence, but to send a message to them that totalitarianism is non-agreeable and unacceptable in the whole of Western Pavonistade."

"It's rather crazy why so many members supported such an inequal and unjust proposal," said member Eleanore Avonat. "The act takes away everyone's right to graduation and receive graduation certificates, and it will only anger the fascists more, not calm them down. It would solve nothing but cause problems!"

While numerous members supported the GDFA along with Justin Zakhartley, multiple nations such as Fatatatutti, Moronus, and The glorious Hatsune Miku (Hatsunesian Union) have expressed opinions against the GDFA. Karthegia had threatened to declare war because of the law earlier, but a warfare may be avoided as long as the fascists are not forced to reside in Western Pavonistade. However fascists may soon rejoice as the law - decided by the Pavonistadian Government, Pavonistadian Supreme Court, and President, and agreed by Leader of Western Pavonistade - might be shot down if matters do not improve and if more chaos ensue. For now, the act would be continued to be debated, whether for the act or against the act.

GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZES USE OF TOLOUPUM FEVER AS WEAPON

"Toloupum weapons" will join Pavonistadian national defense weapons

Normally a World Assembly member would be condemned immensely if it intends to use biological weapons for invading, attacking, and destroying other nations, environment, and populaces. As well the member would be accused and found guilty of violating General Assembly Resolution #242 - Biological Warfare Convention. If the nation intends to use the weapon for national defense, it may not be condemned as widely and the populace of the nation would support defense weapons.

The so-called "Toloupum weapons," formally Toloupum Fever Biological Weapons (TFBW), are biological weapons that utilize Toloupum Fever as the weapon. As declared by President Yannick Teuskum, Toloupum weapons were illegal for 36 years. Recently however, National Basic Law WDA-30 - Toloupum Fever Weaponry Act was passed, with 298 for, 70 against, and 32 abstaining. The act would finally break the 36-year ban on Toloupum weapons and legalize the use of Toloupum Fever as a usable weapon. Since Pavonistade is a World Assembly member, the act had been specially designed and written to abide by GAR #242.

WDA-30 is also strict since it authorizes only authorized government and military personnel to produce, purchase, and sell Toloupum weapons. Toloupum weapons are also detonated ONLY in the case where an enemy force invades Pavonistade - detonation of Toloupum weapons not for defending Pavonistade would be seen as illegal detonation and usage and proper actions from the Supreme Court and security forces will be taken, depending on who or what detonated it, how many Toloupum weapon(s) have been detonated, and how much damage the weapon(s) have caused.

Despite the risks of illegal detonation and usage of Toloupum weapons, many members of the Pavonistadian Government and even the President are looking forward to seeing Toloupum weapons joining hundreds of weapon arsenals used for defending the whole of Pavonistade.

"National defense is one of our top priorities," stated President Mattheu Azurite. "By illegalizing the use of Toloupum Fever as a weapon, our nation's defense would be weakened because we are refusing to use one of the hundreds of weapons out there in the International Community. I am glad that this law has passed to allow our national defense and military to be strengthened by Toloupum weapons."
"However, our government and law will abide by the General Assembly resolutions because we are part of the World Assembly and we want to be responsible for all of our actions to show that we have what we need to keep the International Community a safe place and be a genuine World Assembly member."

There weren't much condemnations from other nations, but many others have expressed concern about Toloupum weapons that would soon join Pavonistadian Defense Arsenals. One main concern is that since Toloupum Fever is such a deadly disease, it would spread out of control and infect other uninfected areas. An epidemic is rather possible since Toloupum Fever is seaborne and large amounts of Toloupum weapons would be detonated during an invasion on Pavonistade. The other main concern is that a terrorist may extract Toloupum weapons without detection and he/she/hen would use it against Pavonistade, another nation, or both, which would cause dramatic damages. But many people put national defense ahead of many other priorities despite of the risks, and many people are hoping that Toloupum weapons would be very effective against invasion forces.

PAVONISTADIAN WORLD ASSEMBLY AMBASSADOR VOTES TO REPEAL "CONDEMN HIPPOSTANIA"

Just a few months ago on January 12, the WA had successfully passed SCR #107 which condemned Hippostania for its failure to comply with several resolutions. 45 minutes after, Hippostanian High Chancellor Colin Townsend had made headlines across Pavonistade (and the International Community) by announcing that all ambassadors and embassy staffs of all nations that voted FOR the condemnation resolution will be arrested and imprisoned for an indefinite period. It resulted in rampant international anger and a declaration of war made by Yohannes, and pressured Colin to release the imprisoned ambassadors and staffs.

SCR - Repeal "Condemn Hippostania" was proposed by SkyDip, and reached enough votes from WA delegates to be voted on by all members. During the voting, Yannick Anderson, Pavonistade's Ambassador to the WA, had also made headlines across Pavonistade as he surprisingly voted FOR the repeal that will strike down the condemnation against Hippostania. Widespread confusion and controversy had spread like bonfire as to why this decision had been made.

"Let's face it, Hippostania is not one of the most evil or 'emotional' nation in the whole world," Yannick told PAN reporters hours after his controversial vote. "Even if it banned alcohol and drugs and arrested ambassadors temporarily, Hippostania is a democratic nation and guaranteed some rights to people, like the right to abortion."

"Besides, Hippostania did not hold the record for most human rights violations. Syria, North Korea, and formerly-tyrannical Choryphibeia are just some examples of violators that have committed more disgusting actions than Hippostania. Even Arctica had violated worse than Hippostania. Finally, like the repealing resolution said, it is almost impossible and unrealistic for nations to follow ALL resolutions and mandates. Why should we - and the World Assembly - focus on a democratic nation whose only wrongdoings are violating some resolutions?"

Yannick had virtually agreed with the repeal, primarily how it was not very possible and realistic for nations to obey every single WA resolutions. Many Pavonistadians had sided with Yannick and supported the fact that the condemnation on Hippostania should be relieved and voided. "Yannick and all those supporters are surely considerate people, understanding why it was just wrong to condemn Hippostania." said Patrick Hoffmann, a randomly interviewed Pavonistadian. "I especially commend the nation of SkyDip for creating this resolution to abolish the condemnation which I think was unnecessary." Bystanders nodded their heads during the interview, likely agreeing on the fact that the condemnation was not needed.

Despite the tremendous - and surprising - support for both Yannick and the SCR-at-vote, there were many people that opposed the vote FOR the repealing resolution. A majority of opposers were liberals who believed that Hippostania should be punished and the condemnation should remain in place. "Hippostania is well-known throughout decades for its suppression of liberties that every human on Earth enjoys, and now nations are voting to lift the condemnation. I shudder to think why this repeal even deserves to have widespread support - it is nullifying an excellent resolution that effectively punishes a human rights violating nation!"

All politicians, including President Mattheu Azurite, are voicing their support for the repeal of SCR #107, which is expected to be repealed now that there are 9,686 nations FOR the repeal compared to 1,865 nations AGAINST the repeal (and the numbers are slowly rising). The only thing that both the supporters and opposers of the repeal agree on is that the SkyDip-proposed resolution would be a major resolution and would have significant influence.

ARCTICA DECLARES WAR ON PAVONISTADE

Zachary Thompson, the now-hated president of Arctica

Would it be possible for Pavonistade to fight against its long-time ally, the Arctican Confederation? It had been a popular base for movies for years, but the movies had became reality when Arctican President Zachary Thompson "overreacted" by declaring a state of war against Pavonistade.

Before the declaration of war, Zachary had announced that the Arctican Government had passed a new law, entitled the People-to-Biofuel Procedures Act, which would round up criminals and the homeless and melt them into biofuel production plants in order to produce biofuel to meet Arctica's energy demands while reducing air pollution. The New Roman Empire, the Neo-Assyrian Empire, the International Ice Patrolling and Monitoring Organization, the Goryevdre Islands, and Pavonistade have condemned Arctica for passing such a law, but Arctica had so far only declared war against Pavonistade.

Because of the declaration of war, the Pavonistadian-Arctican relations have dropped to a record low. The Pavonistadian Government have closed the Pavonistadian embassy in Coldsberg, Arctica, and ordered Pavonistadian Ambassador Lyonnaise Lefebvre to arrive back to Pavonistade. Similar things have happened to Arctica, as the Arctican embassy in Pavonistade City was shut down and Arctican Ambassador Howard Rodriguez was sent back to Arctica. Meanwhile, Pavonistadian are becoming overwhelmingly angry at the Arctican Government and Zachary Thompson.

"Good job, just plain good job, the Pavonistadian-Arctican Alliance is dissolved!" said a random civilian. "What's next, Arctica invading the USA!? We have to tell the Arcticans to finally start listening to international requests and stop their human rights violations! We cannot tolerate this issue any longer!"

In other matters, experts fear that Pavonistade will not win a war against Arctica assuming no other nations are involved. The Pavonistadian Military has a total of 1,261,809 units, compared to 6,401,762 units within the Arctican Military. This meant that the Arctican Military could have the potential to overrun and conquer Pavonistade, even with advanced military technologies and compulsory military service Pavonistade possesses.

"When Arctica declares war on Pavonistade, and then you check the military statistics of both nations, you can easily notice that we are pretty much screwed in relation to the numbers of units," stated expert Kane Apekhar. "The Arctican Military outnumbers the Pavonistadian Military, and they also have advanced military technology and compulsory military service compared to ours. It is not doubtful that Arctica would win a war if no other nations joined or supported either sides."

The Pavonistadian Government had planned to evacuate civilians away from cities and major urban areas, predicting that they would be targets for the Arctican invasion. Other plans included authorizing the Pavonistadian Military to patrol any locations within Pavonistadian borders and allowing authorized personnel to use Toloupum weapons only if necessary. Officials and experts warn that the Arctican-Pavonistadian War will bring in devastation, such as wrecking parts of the Pavonistadian Military, shrinking the Pavonistadian populace, and destroying the economy, so they suggest that all civilians be prepared for the war that will arrive.

PAVONISTADE AGENCY OF NEWS INTERVIEWS HARRY WATERPORTER

Harry Frost Waterporter, the Matteryorkist candidate for the Koting By-Elections

On April 1, the International Matteryorkists had established the Matteryorkist Party in the Kingdom of Afalia. Due to the date of the party's formation, which coincides with April Fool's Day, there were some people that were gravitated into believing that the Matteryorkist Party of Afalia would be nothing more than a nonsensical joke. However within months it had evolved into a notable party and it had already started campaigning in the by-elections of the constituency of Koting.

Recently the Afalian region of Koting had held a by-election, with candidates from two major parties and numerous minor parties participating in the campaigning and the by-election. Among the candidates that campaigned for support in Koting was Harry Frost Waterporter, the candidate representing the Matteryorkist Party, and while the Matteryorkist Party did not manage to gain enough support to win a majority, it had received a total of 5.8% in the elections which is considered to be satisfactory according to Harry and the Matteryorkists. PAN reporter Lyonnaise Chastain had reached him and conducted an interview through Skype.

Lyonnaise Chastain (LC): Good morning, Mr. Waterporter!

Harry F. Waterporter (HFW): Good morning!

LC: First of all, the International Matteryorkists had established its presence in the Kingdom of Afalia, so how did it stumble upon this nation?

HFW: Well, three months ago we had heard about the Afalian Political Party Registration Centre, which is currently accepting parties of all ideologies and wings (left or right). At that time, both Afalia and the centre were discovered - it was previously unknown to us. We felt that it would be great to establish the Matteryorkist Party in Afalia in order to spread our presence, ideology, and influence, and to upgrade and support another country with the amazing things we have in Pavonistade.

LC: Interesting, and what happened since the Afalian Matteryorkist Party was established, on April 1?

HFW: The Matteryorkists and I took weeks to establish and strengthen the Afalian Matteryorkist Party. We had to plan on what we would do if we became leader, what we would say in speeches, broadcasts, and rallies, what we would put on pamphlets and posters, and so on. During the first few days after the creation of our party, some people claimed that the Matteryorkists would leave Afalia soon because our party was founded on April Fool's Day. However, we wisely used every bit of time to build our party and simply ignored some of the people that, you know, "scoffed" at us. After all these preparations, we finally became operational in June, two months after April.

LC: I would like to know if there were any major events throughout the two months of preparation.

HFW: Oh yes, there was one major event! There were three mayoral elections that took place in the cities of Granville, Denlan, and Marshton. I remembered learning of other parties trying to gain trust of the Afalians and acquire as much seat as possible. But other than the elections, there weren't any major events.

LC: So then after your party was operational, what happened?

HFW: It was rather interesting, actually. A few days after our party was operational, there was a by-election in the region of Koting. The Matteryorkist Party was among the numerous parties that had participated in the by-elections, and we did quite a bit to have some of the Afalians' support. The campaigning, if you would like to know, was very fierce to both the Matteryorkists and me.

LC: What did your party do to attract people and allow them to be in favor of the Matteryorkists?

HFW: We announced what our party would do with some parts in Koting, from education to economy. In education, we would help out the poor and the physically and/or mentally disabled, while we would boost funds for police and security. For the good of the public, we would bring in Pavonistade's Rechargeable TransCard to reduce transport inconvenience, and we would support the manufacturing and construction sections to increase industrial productiveness, revenues, and income.

Next, our party handed out pamphlets and posters for free while putting them onto walls. I presented a speech about what we will change in Koting and allowed people to ask questions, and finally I, along with other candidates, made a public broadcast to raise support and trust for the Matteryorkists. All in all we gained a total of 5.8%, which was considered impressive for the Afalian Matteryorkist Party's first participation in an Afalian election.

LC: During your campaigning, were there some people that kind of object to your plans?

HFW: It was a challenge in the economic parts, however, since Koting had a service-based economy and we want to have strong manufacturing and construction sections. This stirred in some controversy because, according to some people, it was unnecessary to bring in two more things to the already-powerful economy and it would damage the service businesses.

In the questioning period of my speech, there were some "angry" questions regarding our plans to fund manufacturing and construction. I did remember a person asking, "What is the point of trying to create a manufacturing and construction sector here? We have a strong economy based on the service sector which we're quite happy with. Why on earth will we need a completely new sector which Koting just doesn't need and isn't suited to?" and I tried my best to answer these kinds of questions as appropriately as possible so that our party would not be frowned upon.

LC: Overall, what do you think of the Koting campaigning and your part in the Afalian Matteryorkist Party?

HFW: I think that the campaigning was a lot of fun, even though there were some objection, and that I was very grateful to be a Matteryorkist and part of an amazing party. Throughout the preparation months, the Matteryorkists and I had a lot of fun setting up the party and establishing its presence, and during the campaigning I enjoyed working with other people to gain support and help our party acquire a strong position in the by-elections. I hope to enjoy the next elections or by-elections, and I would be present in the next elections or the by-elections because the Matteryorkists had chose me again due to the early successes.

LC: Alright, this sounds like an amazing time and opportunity. Thank you, Harry, and I hope you will succeed in the next Afalian elections!

5 days after President Zachary Thompson had announced that Arctica had surrendered to Allied forces, Pavonistade will once again engage in a state of war against another but tyrannically dictated nation called Koyro. This decision had been made by both President Mattheu and the Pavonistadian Government and Parliament after immediate prompt discussion and voting, and it came this night after Ainin declared war on Koyro, followed by Byeloruss and Darussalam's declaration of war against the nation (though Darussalam declared war after Pavonistade did).

Prior to the incidents that occurred today, some Koy agents have targeted the Aininian and (to-be-finished) Luziycan embassy in Namor on June 28 by crashing a Bleckonian plane and truck towards respective buildings, causing the destruction of both embassies and killing hundreds of lives. Byeloruss had also held short votings and, similarly, returned with enough approvals for the nation to declare war on Koyro. While Pavonistade did vote to decide if a state of war should exist (and successfully acquired more ayes), most of the approvals for the war came from discussions instead of the voting. Pavonistade's declaration of war was, as stated earlier, followed by Darussalam's declaration of war.

War against Koyro is predicted to be similar to the war against Arctica, since both nations possess biological and nuclear weapons capable of damaging entire cities and killing countless lives. It was revealed Namorese President-General Alicia Wolf's message that the Namorese People's Intelligence Agency and defectors from Koy had informed others of Koyro's WMD stockpile. This would pose a risk to both Esquarium (the region where Namor, Ainin, Luziyca, are in) and the International Community. Among the Esquarium nations that may potentially be at risk is Bleckonia, as it is near the nuclear-capable Koy location of Vhek-Chal.

• In President Mattheu's communique in which he announced the declaration of war, he state that Toloupum weapons will be used for defense if Koy forces started invading Pavonistade. The biological weapons cannot be used for attack purposes (i.e. invading Koyro with Toloupum weapons), as it violates General Assembly Resolution #242 - Biological Warfare Convention and other international laws.
• Namorese forces have already started attacking Koyro, and Luziycan forces have also been reported to attack the Ohanka-dictated nation (both may attempt to target nuclear-capable targets). Aininian forces may also be on the way.
• Koyro, according to the President-General, may achieve peace if it 1. apologizes for the attacks and deaths of civilians, 2. hold peace talks with Namor, Ainin, Luziyca, Bleckonia, and Pavonistade, and 3. acknowledge human rights violations. However it is unlikely that the Ohanka Regime will agree to these terms.
• Three nations have agreed to merge their forces in order to fight Koy forces easily, but the nations will not be revealed to prevent Koy agents from gathering information.
• Pavonistade will first send in 275 aircrafts and helicopters, and 85 naval vessels. Most will be able to deal with incoming missiles and long-range WMDs.

Fact 1 - Pavonistade is a very diverse nation... without involving foreign cultures.
The diversity in Pavonistade is partly thanks to decentralization, which allows states to manage their own education system, healthcare system, retirement age, state expenditures, etc., but it is also partly thanks to the varying Pavonistadian traditions and cultures in different states. Western Pavonistade tends to be conservative and focuses on maintaining old tradition and family values, while Eastern Islands is bent on liberalism and embraces new global or top-trend things. As well, Pavonistade is overall a subtropical nation - there are almost equal amounts of tropical and/or wet areas and desert and/or dry areas. For example, a Pavonistade can stay up as late as 12:30 A.M. and wake up as early as 05:00 A.M., and that means he/she/hen would receive only 4 hours 30 minutes of sleep! Even though Pavonistadians look happy and energetic, they are actually more tired than you thought. LEAKED DOCUMENT REVEALS PLANS AND PROCEDURE TO CONQUER AND ANNEX NATIONS

James Ohvaeren (front row, left) was last seen with a group of foreign
representatives discussing about security for the free wold. Since then, nothing
has been heard from him.

Since July 11, James Ohvaeren went missing after an international-security meeting between foreign representatives in Forstazika. Despite the best efforts put out by the police and search-and-rescue teams day by day after the disappearance incident, James remained disappeared and was presumed dead by officials. Family members, friends, and related people all became concerned about the whereabouts of James and continuously plea for public help.

James reappeared 10 days later, revealing himself in an undisclosed area. He connected using Skype to our news network and quickly reported that the Pavonistadian Government had stored plans and procedures to dominate other nations without using military forces and executing operations, and had proved his point by sending packages containing copies of documents James had stolen from secret locations. The documents itself showed how the devised procedure, called "Hit-and-Annex," would be able to bring down foreign governments and take over foreign land. It appears that the copies of documents have been sent to other Pavonistadian news networks, and possibly even some news networks in nations across the world. Detailed in the copies of the documents, the Hit-and-Annex section shows the following steps:

Step 1:
Choose a target nation.

Step 2:
Dispatch elite spy agents to the target nation and uncover the weak points of the political, social, economic, military, etc. system of a target.

Step 3:
Exploit the weakness. For example, a foreign national system that is susceptible to terrorism would be severely destroyed by terrorist-based actions, so create and execute terrorist-based attacks on the system.

Step 4:
Once foreign systems (a weakened political system or more is best) are weak and unstable enough, execute coup d'etat against the target nation and bring down the existing leader.

Step 5:
Put a leader that will help Hit-and-Annex succeed (called a pro-annexation leader) into position. If they cannot be put up as leader right away, try and corrupt the target's system so that the pro-annexation leader's party will be in power.

Step 6:
The pro-annexation leader will then request that the target nation be put under complete control of and be annexed by Pavonistade. The annexation process will occur and will take a minimum of 1 week. When annexation ends, the target nation is now Pavonistade's territory and Hit-and-Annex against the target nation is finished.

The documents listed several nations - mostly despised states like Iran and North Korea - that would be a potential Hit-and-Annex targets, but they also list several nations Pavonistade had warm relations with, from the United States to the Ocelot Isles to European Union nations. However, the wordings indicate that nations friendly to Pavonistade will not be targeted unless "it is necessary."

Hit-and-Annex had just been revealed to the public by news networks across Pavonistade, but it had already started causing widespread infuriated anger and outcry from people in numerous cities and towns in both Pavonistade and the Western world. Outside of the Pavonistadian Parliament and federal buildings, people had gathered in enlarging crowds and had been shouting and chanting continuously as a form of serious detestation against Hit-and-Annex, and several people have voiced their anger through interviews.

"Today, the Ocelot Isles falls into Pavonistadian hands," says a 27-year-old female interviewee. "Tomorrow, the world falls into Pavonistadian hands! All the government wants is more land and removal of opponents!"

"I am just simply ashamed to be Pavonistadian." stated a 71-year-old male interviewee.

Interestingly, conspiracist John Smyth had claimed on July 13 - 9 days ago - that Pavonistade had kept plans to dominate the world, but the Hit-and-Annex documents did not state any plans to conquer and annex all nations in the world. The leaks of the secret documents and the anger from the public had eclipsed the events that had occurred after American whistleblower Edward Snowden had alerted people that the American Government was "spying" on the public.

In the end, more protests are to come to express anger against the government's undeniably controversial Hit-and-Annex plans.
