Do you have any enemies we should know about?: Ixea has been suffering from a long running conflict of low intensity from a communist guerrilla faction known as the EPLI, or Ejército Popular para la Liberación de Ixea (Ixian People's Liberation Army), which often targets Ixian government personnel to hold for ransom, or conduct terrorist attacks, including in nations abroad. For this reason we request that our embassy may be fenced off and that local authorities be vigilant as always to defend our diplomats.
