With permission from the Principal Secretaries of State, we are authorized to announce the following:
Due to a recent government initiative, a number of government buildings, once occupied by the Chancery, which has now relocated to a newly-build office tower in the suburbs, are vacated; these buildings are on Pye Lane, the traditional locale in which situates most of the foreign embassies in Themiclesia. We are therefore pleased to say, that we are able to welcome a number of foreign missions to Themiclesia with the extra space we now have.
Themiclesia, desirous to establish friendly relationships with all nations in the world, hereby opens her doors to any nation willing to let her receive their embassies.
As a side note, there are essentially two foreign offices – one that deals with the nations to Themiclesia’s south, and on that deals with north. The division lies on the 50th parallel, but seeing the diverse nature of the world, the foreign office dealing with north will also admit any nation not in the south. Do not worry if you cannot offer a definitive location: in that case apply to the foreign office for the north. Both foreign offices have similar policies.
Themiclesia is willing to offer all accepted diplomatic immunities to all diplomatic officers, principally that the ambassador/minister will not be subject to any arrest, subpoena, or search, as well as the ambassador’s residence. However, Themiclesia reserves the rights to request for a different ambassador should the current one prove himself diplomatically incompetent.

Specifics
Firstly, the embassy buildings are located in a historic part of the capital city, Lyttonwic, and we respectfully request that you not bring in any artifact that are likely to damage the environment.
Secondly, Themiclesia is a very safe country, and Lyttonwic especially so; while we place no stated limit on the amount of armed security staff, we discourage large (over 30) armies of security staff, again, for the heritage of the town. Also, the number of security staff will be considered in the process. If you choose not to send security staff, their duties can be safely subsumed by a first-rate fire brigade as well as a fine police force in Lyttonwic. Themiclesia admits no nuclear weapons, nor any cross-bows.
Thirdly, Themiclesia will, at your request, provide clerical staff for your use at the embassy; vellum, pen, and ink are also provided gratis - a tradition started in 1350.
Fourthly, Themiclesia welcomes your vehicles, but, seeing that the embassy is in a historic part of town, expect winding alleyways, and provide vehicles for this environment. If needed, our government can provide chauffeurs. There are parts of town that are not accessible by motor vehicle, and we will gladly admit 2 boats and carriage-horses. Themiclesia will admit an airplane or two helicopters, but there are no airports in Lyttonwic. Railway is the primary mode of transport, and tickets are provided gratis. You are not permitted to bring in your own locomotives and carriages.
Fifthly, the embassy buildings are not large towers or massive mansions, and we would discourage disproportionate staffing.
Sixthly, while we don't impose limits on liquor, animals, or tobacco imported, we heartily advise that your nation keep these to a sensible amount.
Seventhly, Themiclesia offers a telegraph service at no charge.
