Dear Sir,

This missive written reciprocally to the recent establishment of Oneraconan diplomatic mission in the Kingdom of Mizialand bears to you the message of our Rt. Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sir Daniell Williams. Her Majesty's Government hereby corroborating Mizialand-Milleriana and Heleventias diplomatic ties with The Kingdom of Venasta in response to the later's establishment of the same, as specified by the MMH (Mizialand-Milleraina-Heleventia) Diplomatic Pact wishes to send a full fledged diplomatic mission to the Kingdom comprising 4 security staff, 5 diplomatic staff and 2 service staff with the aim of corroborating bilateral ties and representing the Constitutional Monarchy along with the states specified, in the aforementioned sovereign state.

By the power vested in me, I appoint Anej Yrea as the head of the soon to be formed Heleventian diplomatic mission to the Kingdom who shall henceforth be referred to as Ambassador Rt. Honourable Anej Yera who, I hope, shall discharge her duties well and maintain positive and immortal relations with the Kingdom. The other diplomatic staff shall comprise various Attaches and First Officers who shall be appointed in the due course of time.

Enclosed you will find the complete Embassy application with all details that are required and necessary for the establishment of Heleventian Diplomatic Mission. Should this application or any of the components of the application arise a matter of concern for the Foreign Affairs Office, please inform me at the earliest for the concern, to be ratified. May the coming years, decades and centuries see positive and warm relations with The Kingdom of Venasta.
