Rules & Regulations
Embassies within the Unified Territories of Vettrera are considered a part of Vettrera and must abide by our laws. These nations are given legal immunity while inside Embassy Plaza/Valoria Hill, but all laws apply when in the rest of Vettrera. Any minor citations that occur while in Valoria Hill will be overlooked, but no major law infractions will be tolerated.
Ambassadors will be sent back home, if found breaking a major law, minor law infractions will be overlooked, (usually)

Diplomatic Staff will be prosecuted (in Vettrera), if found breaking a major law, minor law infractions will be overlooked, (usually)

Service Staff will have little immunity. Repeat, minor infractions will result in fine, a major infraction will lead to the deportation of said staff member.

Security Staff will have little immunity. Repeat minor infractions will result in fine, a major infraction will lead to the prosecution (in Vettrera) of said staff member. (embassy will remain open)

Embassy security staff may be armed with semi-automatic assault rifles, automatic sub-machine guns (8 per embassy), semi-automatic hand weapons, tazors, pepper spray, and various non-lethal weapons.
Embassy security staff may not be armed with machine guns, sniper rifles, automatic assault rifles, more than 8 automatic sub-machine guns, explosives, radioactive weapons, experimental weapons, poisons, or other lethal weapons.
Embassy diplomatic staff, service staff, and ambassadors may be armed with pistols, tazors, pepper spray, and other small non-lethal weapons.
Embassy diplomatic staff, service staff, and ambassadors may not have weapons outside of embassies without acquiring a "TIDAL"

Embassy security staff may only have weapons outside embassies for the purpose of escorting their ambassador or other operations related to their embassy and its personnel's security.
Embassies may have a maximum of five non-military (may be armored) road vehicles.
Embassies may have one small aircraft, which will be kept in the "Valoria Underground"
Embassies on Delta-Way may have one small, and one moderate sized oceanic-vessel
Embassies may have packages with diplomatic immunity transported to their embassy without being searched.
