So far in ratings, 62 countries received very high scores (out of which 33 had perfect scores), 69 received high scores, 33 received moderate scores, 24 received low scores and 12 received very low scores. In addition, 5 countries were considered to have so abysmal living standards that they gained negative scores on the NWI.

****Note: An easy comparison would be real life 1st world countries. Norway, with free tertiary education, has an adult population with tertiary education at 28.5%. The USA has around 33%.
