Greetings to all. As the new Chief Councillor of our Federation, I wish to take a bold step in opening our capital out to the world a little further. Therefore, I would encourage the office responsible for your international relations to fill out an application for embassy space.

Diplomatic Immunity

The United Federation grants the same diplomatic immunity standards as are used in the United States.

Grounds for Rejection

We wish to save the following nations some time, as their applications will unquestionably be denied:
- Communist states
- Socialist states
- Anti-Capitalist states in general
- The vast majority of Leftist states
- Anti-human states - this does not mean non-human states, this refers to states which take an actively opposing stance to the existence of humans
