The books Emma writes are based in the past. With horror stories mainly based around experiments and viruses. Two of the books listed above (Heil and beyond the chambers are part of a series based around Nazi Germany and a experiment on Jews that even Hitler doesn't know about but the 4 disfigured and mentally unstable experements break out of containment and weak havoc on Berlin).

Prisoner Zero is a story set in 1950's stalins USSR it focuses on the main character Nikolai Cheslav a political prisoner in a Siberian prison camp. A strange alien creature arrives in the middle of the night killing everyone but Nikolai and a few survivors, its up to them to to kill the alien and escape Russia.

Chernobyl children: basically during what would be a normal scientific visit to see and record the aftermath a team of Russian scientists did not expect the children now zombies covered in radiation, melting faces and melting eyes to of survived.
