Rape is capital punishment per rape. Prison break is capital punishment per escape. Murder in cold blood, per offense, is also death. The other crimes would net him several life sentences at max, but considering some consolidation bills that may come back with the government, that many life sentences could be swapped with one death sentence.

With so many capital crimes on his head, his only options (at the discretion of the judge) is death or life in prison, if he is found guilty in trial.


For so many abominations against TS law, there is an option of consolidating his massive crimes into TS' equivalent of crimes against humanity: a Crime Against the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Of course, that's not really necessary, since he's already up Shot's Creek without a paddle.

Of TS' many ways to put a man to death, this person would probably get its worst, assuming. of course, he is found guilty. That would either be the electric chair or the guillotine!

Upon arrest in Ariston, Scholaryi would be read his rights and would be given full right to legal representation- if he did not have one or the lawyer could not be reasonably present, he could seek to have one local or appointed by the state.

After rounds of questioning, investigation and deliberation amongst lawyers, Scholaryi would stand before a trial of a judge and a 10 to 12 member jury of mixed sex and age groups amongst the citizens of Ariston. Both sides would present their cases, and the defense of Scholaryi would likely include the emotional harm caused by any threat of discipline in his past. In the end, the verdict would be delivered 'guilty' by a unanimous jury required by law. The judge, noting this, would require him to attend a rehabilitative facility in an attempt to receive evaluation, education, and overall attempt to find the source of his rage as assessed in the case, and if possible, mend the rage.

If assessments proved false, he would be transfered to a prison where he would serve a term equal to any crimes he committed in Ariston with access to rehabilitative processes and educational resources as required under Aristonian law.

If that was rape, it would be 12-25 years, a $2,000 fine liability plus additive retributionary liabilities, and no more than 1000 hours of community service

Raman Scholaryi, if captured in AU912, would likely be immediately extradited to face trial in Minroz.

If he'd committed those crimes in AU912, he'd likely be tried for charges on:

multiple counts of first or second degree murder.
multiple counts of murder of a federal agent performing duties to the republic.
multiple counts of forcible rape.

additional charges would be saved for later.

If convicted on all charges, he would likely be sentenced to death by his choice of firing squad or lethal injection.

If he was captured in Ulvena, he would be tried to see if those crimes were committed on any Ulvenan citizen or anyone of Ulvenan blood living abroad. Given Raman Scholaryi's accused crimes, the Ulvenan Eclipse Special Forces would immediately become involved as an investigatory force and take over under direct orders from the Emperor.

If found guilty of murdering, raping, or attacking an Ulvenan citizen or Ulvenan living abroad, he would be hanged or beheaded. If not, he would be extradited to the nation of Minroz under surveillance to make sure he gets the punishment he deserves.

If Raman Scholaryi was in Ulvena and committed those crimes, he would have the Eclipse Special Forces, military, or even the Eclipse Omega Dragons (Emperor's most trusted guards and the most skilled, loyal soldiers to the Emperor) going after him. We give him 3 hours before he's caught.

If he tries to sneak into Victorious Decepticons:

Some slaver will see a little human roaming around without an owner, capture him, and sell him to some mine as a slave. His record will not be known and his past won't be asked about - a human is a human, and they're all nothing but property to a slave-hunter. When he tries to rape the other slaves in his assigned mine, he will be thrown alive into the on-site biological rendering plant for interfering with productivity. The plant's powerful grinders will turn him to slurry in about 0.9 seconds, and that'll be that.

It is unlikely the international community will ever hear of it if this happens. We don't even name our slaves, and if he did happen to yell out his name in the hopes of prolonging his life by getting a trial, it would mean nothing to a mine overseer. It would just be a defective slave that yelled some nonsense as he fell into the grinding vat.

If he officially applies for citizenship in the Empire of Victorious Decepticons (many who are on the run from foreign law enforcement - for any serious reason - do this as a means to escape punishment since we never extradite anyone for anything):

His absolutely awe-inspiring record at killing cops, escaping from gulags and the prison tower and his ability to use bribery would definitely be strong bonuses in favor of accepting his citizenship application. He knows how to flout foreign laws and get away with it, which is pretty much a requirement for criminals attempting to immigrate.

We also have no problems at all with his decision to whack his father for some sort of foolish discipline attempt. In fact, we consider this the inevitable result of trying that on someone who was quite obviously too old to put up with it. That's exactly how we'd all react - if we're old enough to fight our Coders and win, we are also too old for them to be trying to order us around. We give Raman another point of "Decepticon-ness" for this act.

His rapes, on the other hand, would be seen as evidence of severe glitchery in his coding. In most cases, we won't let a severely error-ridden applicant gain citizenship, period. His other traits, however, show that he could be very useful to us if these errors are handled. While we often leave glitches alone if we can channel their deleterious effects into actions beneficial to our government, we have no use for a compulsion to rape.

Therefore, we would force him to have these errors corrected with coding patches if he wanted to immigrate here. If he agreed, we would either delete the errors completely, or much more likely in his case, retool those desires into something useful to us.

If he refused, he would be barred from citizenship and would have to leave or be deported after one month, just like any other non-citizen. If, at that time, foreign law enforcement has camped out on the border, it's his too bad.

Assuming he agreed to be patched, he would then most likely be drafted into the Foreign Intelligence Division and turned into an assassin or government-sponsored serial killer. He would then be deployed on large-scale missions against enemies, such as killing every member of a 500-seat parliament. Whether he would be ordered to kill them all at once or one at a time would depend on whether his skills were geared more towards serial-style executions or if he's actually more of a mass murdering type.


If he tried something like that here:

Every Decepticon is armed with two Standard Blasters or one Double-Strength Blaster, by law - and there isn't one of us who is afraid to use those weapons. Therefore, the guy's first target would have blasted his mind-boards out, sold the body to the nearest foundry as scrap, and that would have been that. It wouldn't have even made the news and there would be no government involvement at any stage.

Thanks to this, there is a possibility that the guy would end up dead even if Foreign Intelligence accepted him as an agent. His tendency to target those related to high-ranking officials would be a really high risk factor for him if not for the fact that Megatron has no offspring. If he feels compelled to up the ante by going after Megatron himself, he won't even live long enough to process the sight of the fusion cannon going off in his face.

If he was apprehended by Sanian officials without the knowledge of these aforementioned crimes in the Confederacy. He'd be imprisoned and any of his records would be throughly searched, upon finding that he is indeed both a mass murderer, mass rapist, and possessing a record of multiple successful escape attempts. He’d be immediately sealed inside a maximum security 6 by 8 feet prison cell, equipped with a lethal injection prisoner suppression collar, put under constant security surveillance and under guard by no less then four (4) lethally armed members of the United Army of the Confederacy while the government awaited confirmation that he is indeed Raman Scholaryi. After proper confirmation, he’d be moved by heavily armed train car to the nearest secure airport and extradited under armed guard to Minroz for trial. Any attempts at escape on his own part would result in an incredibly painful, fast acting, lethal injection of neurotoxin directly into his blood stream via suppression collar or multiple gunshots, whichever came first. His body would then be sent to Minroz's government to do with as they please.

Should his crimes be known of however, and there was reasonable doubt that Raman Scholaryi was indeed within Sanian territory. A team composed of the members of Battle Group Hydra would be dispatched with proper military support to apprehend him. Perstandard if he wasn’t killed in the resulting capture attempt he’d be kneecapped, if not outright crippled from the waist down, along with having both his wrists broken to ensure there is no chance of escape, given his previous record. Before of course being sent to Minroz to await trial and receive the bounty payment for his capture. The Confederacy tolerates criminals of his atrocious caliber even less then they do slavers, thus in either case he'd likely be throughly ruffed up by the time he reaches Minroz.
